I actually ordered a neopaloton milkshake which is chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry! My drive through attendant was super well mannered and came through with flying colors. My treatment was awesome. As a customer my odds of sending friends and family there are 100% and to me the fact that even though I tried to throw a wrench in the gears with a special order y’all came through so I have no choice but to say . . . I’M LOVIN IT!

Oh boy-this is going to be a long one.
For clarity-this negative review is for the management not the employees or food.
We broke down in the drive through.
They asked us to pull up so we were in the last spot just after the second window.
Car completely died. Won’t turn over-nothing.
An associate brings out our food and I tell her about the situation and that I’ve called a tow but it’s going to be 30 minutes. It was so dead the 4ways wouldn’t even turn on so I wanted them to be aware.
A few minutes later a couple of ladies come up and ask me to move. I explained the situation and they just said “well you need to move it.”
They offered to have a couple guys push it but it wouldn’t even go into neutral to do so. It’s dead dead.
No one has cables.
A few minutes later a couple of guys come out from the kitchen and started troubleshooting. They eventually decided to take the battery out of their personal car, put it in mine, then move the truck.
While doing this someone who I’m assume is the manager and is the one who asked these guys to get me out of the drive through pokes her head out and yells, YOU’RE ON THE CLOCK THIS COUNTS AS YOUR BREAK.”

You know, to the guys I’m assuming she sent out to take care of the me being stuck in the drive through situation.

The other battery got me moving and out of the drive through and they gave me a run down of what they think could be the issue then go back to their actual job.
These employees were so kind and went above and beyond despite their nasty manager.
Thank you SO SO SO much for all your help. I hope your boss comes back to reality one day.

P.s. Also our food order was wrong :/
Sticker was correct on the bag but items in the bag were not correct.

Went and everything was moving fast in the drive thru, then they parked us by the second window. 6 cars move around me and get their food. We got two burgers a 4 piece chicken nugget and fries. 23 minutes go by and the food runners kept asking what we had. Finally my husband went inside where they say they lost our order and it would take at least 15 minutes to make the order. Got a refund. When asked how they lost an order the female manager said “it just happens”

Very busy. If you order and pay at the kiosk you won’t get your drinks. They made several trips back to the counter to get our drinks. Receipt printed on the bag.
Nice store, clean dining area.

It’s a decent McDonald’s as far as McDonald’s goes. The typical “our shake machine is broken” crap happens way too often. Still, you can usually get good service and get thru the drive thru pretty fast. I hate all the sterile modern boring decor of McDonald’s and all other fast food chains. They used to have personalities.

I dont know who the young man is working the pay window on December 15 at 6:30, but he made the entire trip worth it! Such a positive attitude, very uplifting if youre in a foul mood. He asked about my day, and I threw an uncomfortable curve ball and said “Just left my sobriety meeting.” and he never flinched, didnt look at me funny, just went on as if it was a normal response. Asked about my plans, finished with God Bless. I’d sworn off this McDonald’s, but ill definitely be returning, in hopes he’s working the same window just so I can have that positive vibe he’s throwing out!! Yall gotta check this kid out, he really is that uplifting, especially in this miserable weather…

Received RAW meat and also was missing part of our order. Also other patrons had issues with their orders being incorrect as well! I could understand these mistakes if it was packed busy inside, but there were only maybe 3 others aside from us!

I came in to eat with my family. Bathroom practically flooded with toilet water. When it came to service there was a line of people waiting to complain about missing items in their order. Tables, floor and even outside there was trash everywhere, trash cans are overflowing with trash. The employees see the line of people and just walk by completely disregarding you, just to get some ketchup you have to wait 10-15 just for them to get to you. Customer service 0!!! Cleanliness 0!!! This location is a health hazard and should be closed down permanently!!! If there was an option for 0 stars I would gladly select it.

Updated: I’ve had it with this location. They can’t even make a damn McCrispy right. They made it a spicy and I hate the spicy stuff. I sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes at the second Window while they… did whatever. (Wasn’t a very big order). Everybody needs to be fired including the franchise owner and the hiring manager cause clearly they don’t know squat about running a respectable team.
