Was at McDonald’s at 7am. Handicapped and not walking well. Road and sidewalk is slick in some areas. I parked in a handicapped space as I have a sign in my car for it. This guy whoever he is, came walking up telling me to “move my car now” so that a semi can unload. So tell me where was everyone supposed to park that’s handicapped and not walking well if all the spaces in the front are being taken up by a semi? Why was I the only car parked and the semi driver was too lazy to simply unload and walk around my car. No instead they talk to I’m assuming manager who came up to me sitting in my car 15 minutes now bracing myself for the pain I’m about to go through just getting to the door. Telling me “move my car NOW”. I took pictures for this review. And left. Not to mention the bathrooms here REAK. They always smell. My fiance works next to this location so I come here often. This time really did it for me I don’t think I’ll return or any of my family as they’re pretty upset about this situation as well. Ive ordered hot tea whwn sick to get a cup of hot water no tea. Went in to get it fixed and seen four people standing at the food bagging/counter area acting like they don’t hear anyone saying EXUSE ME. The workers are rude. The ONLY time k had a good experience is when the black man in management or possibly the owner I’m not sure; was at the building. That is the ONLY time I’ve seen good work be done. And I wish he knew how poor of a job his employees do when they don’t have him in store watching how they run everything. This place is a sad example of “badabababa I’m lovin it” more like “nanananana not wanting it”. Please get better staff.

This fast food establishment does not operate as a typical fast food venue. It is inconsistent and chaotic. The management at this location is ineffective. They consistently fall behind during peak hours, leaving customers waiting for a substantial amount of time, often up to an hour. It is not worth your time to visit this location. I strongly suggest choosing another McDonald’s, where you will receive your food more quickly and it will still be fresh.

As cost living increases you become more aware of your purchases. We meal deals and I ordered a large tea! Got home and strained ice out of cup ; the results was I didn’t even have a half of cup of tea! I’ve also noticed that their fries are not as hot as usual ( not cooking as long to save$)? Also if you buy tea or lemonade there is an up charge? I see their ads saying they want help the customer? They need to have entrepreneurs huddle to assure no “tricks” up their sleeves!

Was rudely asked to leave by what looked liked management asking me to park my car somewhere else because they needed to pull in a tractor trailer THAT WASNT EVEN THERE YET, and I literally only needed a straw for my drink and sauce because apparently none of the staff can do their job right.
He could have given me 10-20 seconds to run inside and grab what I needed to be on my way but nope he didn’t give two dams about any of the words that were going to come out of my mouth & it was most likely due to my color because I was white and a female and he wanted to feel some sort of authority over me, well good job sir, you’ve lost my business. I said what I said.

Got a Oreo McFlurry that wasn’t mixed, ordered well done fries didn’t get well done fries and also The man handing out the food was actually really rude as well. The only nice person that was in that establishment was the cashier at the first window shout out to him.

Twice in the last two weeks we have ordered food from this McDonalds location. The first was dinner early evening on a weekday. My wife, my 80-year old mother, and I placed to order at the kiosk for dining in. Here was the sequence of events
We took the number tent and sat down at a table.
Drink cups were not given to us so we assumed they would bring everything out. Why provide number tents for any other reason?
30 minutes, food hadn’t been brought out due to a busy evening I guess.
My wife went up to ask about our food. She was told they were waiting on the pies we ordered. Some of our food was on a tray getting cold but they were not going to bring it out until those pies were ready. My wife also noticed that my Arnold-Palmer tea/lemonade was not in the tray. Counter said he would go get it. 10 minutes later, no drink yet. She brought the food we had to the table
She went back up and waited another five minutes before the guy said that they didn’t have any more pies by a manager and we would have to go to a very busy register with a long line for a refund on pies. And still no drink for me.
I went up, waited in the line and asked about my drink. Instead of waiting indefinitely I just asked for a cup for a fountain drink from someone other than the guy taking orders at the counter. And I didn’t wait for a refund on the two pies.
When I got back to the table, I was told my mother (80) was given a spicy buffalo wrap instead of a ranch wrap. We spent over an hour waiting around trying to get fast food
This weekend we gave this location a second chance with a McDelivery order. It took an hour-and-a-half to get an order delivered a half mile at most.
We like McDonalds… don’t judge …. but this location will no longer be getting our business. McDonald’s would do themselves a favor by shutting down this franchise location because they cannot handle the traffic that comes through

It was right there.I have the McDonald’s app I stopped to get a quick bite. The service was good. This was my first time at this particular location. The door had a board up to it being repaired. The other guest had weird vibes like what is she doing in here ♀️✨ ✈️

I came in and ordered off the kiosk. I had to go back in because my chicken sandwich did no have the cheese I ordered and the drink machine was broken so when I asked for my drink to be half dr. peper and half root beer I was told they couldn’t do that. So not only was she rude to me and laughing and playing on phones with coworkers and customers, my order was wrong. I work nearby and have come here before this has NEVER happened like this.
