To whomever is the franchise owner of this location; They need to get better management here. It was 11am, start of lunch option menu & they were handing out cold fries… I didn’t bother to speak up because conversation lingo in kitchen seemed like a lot was going on… This little spot is always busy, If they had the right personnel it would be #1 in Central Indiana. Take the challenge, make it happen, and go from hanging out to the go to spot.

Its McDonalds. The bar is already low. A 30 minute wait for my food and counting. I ordered the food on the app prior to arriving. I have watched 6 other people pull into .obile order spots and leave, since i got here. I get that they don’t have any incentive to give good service, but this is an embarrassing look for them.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a value meal. When they asked me what l wanted to drink, l told them l don’t want a drink. They replied that it come with a drink. I chose a drink and pulled forward. When l get to the window, they tried to charge me for a large drink. After a discussion, they begrudgingly changed it to a small drink.

Stopped in for a late night snack and drinks. This is probably the nicest McDonald’s I ever set foot in! The decor was amazing and the service was just as good. Bravo to the team working tonight!

Very nice McDonald’s with a big play place and lots of seating. I ordered from the table through the moble app while the kids played. Our food was brought out in less than 10 minutes, and nothing was missing. The kids are thrilled with the play place, I’m sure we’ll be back.

The fries were soggy. I go to McD’s for the fries. They have really fallen down on the fry game at most locations anymore. Big Mac was fine.
