I ordered my food for dine-in and was given a table number. However, when the employee brought my order, it was packed as take-away instead of being served on a tray for dining in. I prefer having my meal on a tray when eating inside the restaurant. The food itself was fine, but I hope the staff can pay more attention to dine-in preferences in the future.

Love this place as it is usually very good and polite staff. Only this day I got a plain McChicken. Took a bite then realized it’s got mayonnaise on it. Had to call ambulance due to throat swelling up. I have a severe mayonnaise allergy and asked for it plain. Please listen better when it comes to what people ask for.

Absolute no urgency or energy. Everyone just moves in like slow motion. Ignoring people in the lobby completely. Just go get breakfast any where else. Literally waited in lobby for 30 minutes for 2 sandwhiches and hash browns.
If you can pick another exit… do it. If you can go to chikfila ..do it. If you’re a local and it’s Sunday, don’t get in line if you have anything else to do in your day.

Poorly ran McDonald’s. I live nearby and it’s an easy place to grab food on the way home. I’ve been here multiple times over the past year and they consistently for sauces, addons, and complete items. I don’t like to sit in the drive-thru and sift through the bag because there are people waiting behind me. It shouldn’t be as hard as it is to read instructions and complete a task. Cold food, soggy food. There’s a lot of places in the area, save your money and go somewhere else.

Terrible service. Manager is the worst he is rude, unprofessional, impolite. They won’t give you more than one sauce! And if you ask for more manager makes a big deal and tries to charge you. Order a large combo! Apparently this is what they think large fries means ( half filled ) everyone has such a terrible attitude. The many time we’ve come since this manager is around has been terrible and on top the place is dirty! Lesson finally learned. Seriously not recommended

Forgot all of our sauces, served us cold burgers, and gave us a drink without the lid properly on, which then spilled all over my car. Went for a refund and was only refunded half my bill, and staff were incredibly rude. Not one apology was offered.

Drive-in had car backed up two deep so I decided to go inside. Kiosk was down so I went up to the register. Three staff looked at me from the back but no one came to take the order. Left with no service after waiting ten minutes. Hey Management – get your team’s heads on straight.

First and last time visiting this McDonald’s. I don’t eat fast food much and never have high expectations regardless. But once in a while, you’re working long hours and you see the billboard and need to get something fast, but the base standard of hot food being prepared hot, is something you can’t lower, and the food at this McDonald’s was extremely room-temp. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, large fries and double cheeseburger. The chicken was clearly from the heat rack an hour or two prior, it was just dry, cold and rubbery. The bun was flaky and dry, the fries were hard and dry and both slices of cheese on the burger.. were not melted in the slightest, looking more like a deli sandwich instead.
I have to leave a review because serving cold burgers fries and chicken is just unacceptable no matter how low your expectations of fast food are. Inedible is the one word I would use to describe this experience.

I go in to pick up my order and the 5 workers standing around like we can’t help you. I’ve Never seen so many lazy people at a restaurant. I canceled my online order and left. You got people standing in the lobby and your employees are ignoring them. Way to loose business.
