Manager was yelling at employees for slacking and not doing anything. I got pulled into a spot to wait for my food, after waiting 10 minutes they brought out the wrong order and had to go inside, the car next to me got my order and I got there’s, they told me to just trade with them, I told them I wanted new fries because who knows what they did to the fries between the time we got the bags and had to go in the store.

They rarely, if ever get an order right. They act like they hate the customers & take forever; even if you are the only car there and ordered ahead on the app. When you’ve had to take your order back on the 5th trip in a row they are still rude to you. Do not recommend unless you have no tiene choices.

5 pm Drive thru ordered only a quarter pounder with cheese. I was the only person there except for the staff. The 2nd window rudely told me to pull up even though noone else was on the lot but me so I pulled forward to a third window. I waited there for 8 to 10 minutes for a sandwich burnt meat loaded with chunks of onions, no pickles extra ketchup no mustard. I did not have a special order I just wanted a quarter pounder with cheese made the same way every McDonald every where makes a quarter pounder with cheese. It’s fast food not sit for 10 minutes and get a messy nasty burt sandwich that I could not eat. I will never ever eat at tipton McDonald’s maybe even any McDonald’s. Rude staff, bad food welcome to tipton gladyou haven’t eaten today glad you have been on the road for quite a while what can I mess up for you today. Management take notes I am sure this is why i was the ONLY CUSTOMER ON THE LOT.

I waited 15 minutes for my food for them to completely forget half of my food and then when I went back to tell them about my missing food, it was like I was bothering them. The manager had a whole attitude and was very upset that I came back to get my missing food that I paid for.
