Came in through drive-through asked for two plain double cheeseburgers because my kid likes it plain and fries and chicken nuggets. Everything was hot fresh and fast. That’s all I need. Thank you!

I hate to share a review, but hopefully the managers can pass along to the employees via training. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee w extra cream. I get my drink and it’s literally just dark looking coffee with a few cubes of ice. I have never been to a mcds where it’s looked so dark. I would hate to see what it looked like if I didn’t order extra cream. I then asked for more cream cups to try to fix it when I got home. It tasted horrible. No flavor syrup at all. I had to just throw it away.

Took awhile to get our happy meal & mini mcflurry, there weren’t any napkins on our tray or anywhere in the lobby – No condiment station. The happy meal had no apple slices but double fries, the tables were dirty & the trash was overflowing.

I’ve never had a better experience at any McDonalds in my 30+ years. Many places to eat were closed this Easter Sunday. We arrived after church and the lobby was near empty, but employees were sweeping keeping the place immaculately clean. I just moved to the Indy area after living in Michigan all my life and was blown away to hear worship music and see the word “Faith” on a sign on resurrection day. So happy to see good values in a restaurant, setting it apart and focusing on the goodness that the world needs right now. An employee had a smile and was happy to put in our order instead of us using the kiosk. We sat down to wait, and three employees delivered our food to us at the table! I’ve never seen such levels of customer attention and service in my life. 10/5 stars for this workplace! Well trained and positive people. We truly appreciate you. Bless you!

Probably the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot. I’m not picky at all, but they took forever to make my order and when I finally got it, it was wrong. Will probably never be coming to this location again.

The drive thru wait was really long..20 minutes or so. Then they forgot one of my sandwiches so I ended up having to park and go in anyway, where they were currently serving 271 and I was 293..another 20 minutes later and I had some lunch!! I will say that the staff were super nice and accommodating. The restaurant was also spotlessly clean. The food was fresh because I had to wait on it but it’s McDonalds so that the 3 star on food.

The food is consistently pretty good bc McDonald’s has it down. But the service here is terrible. 10% success rate on getting my order correct, which most of the time is very simple, just a mcchicken and McDouble and that’s it. Using the codes only seems to confuse the employees even more to the point where I have stopped using them because it’s not worth saving $0.75 to not get what I ordered.

Typical McDonald’s except that the people in the first drive through window are always rude (typically teenagers). When you say thank you or anything else to them they just look at you like you’re an idiot and say nothing back. I’ll just go to Culver’s or Chick-fil-A for now on.
