I always go in to order food at the kiosks. Rarely stay there though unless we planned on going in to sit but most always to go. We have 2 in my town. The Northside is more frequented heavier traffic because its off the main highway and by the college.. East side one is a bit less busy, more the local townies. McDonald’s is always a 5.. I will say tho im one of those that checks to see if all my food is there before I leave…. so im never missing anything. Most times I get everything even while others are coming in from drive thru or at the dining tables missing this and that… if ive ever was missing anything it was usually all the sauces for my kids nuggets sometimes a fry or 2. But I never complain or get frustrated when going there. Its fast food and as much as other people do complain our McDonald’s is always packed…

I don’t write reviews about McDonald’s because they are usually subpar, and I feel like it’s a waste of time, but this McDonald’s stands out from the others. The customer service has always been fast and friendly, and they’ve never messed up my order yet. They keep the drive-thru line moving. The food is always hot and fresh and they deliver with a smile. Whoever is managing this location is doing it right.

We went in and ordered. Took a minute to find a clean table. We sit down and wait 20min for our food. The burgers weren’t fully cooked which I dont understand. The McRib tasted weird. The entire lobby was dirty with food and garbage on tables and in a booth. Only good thing was the fries and the soda.

I came through the drive thru at 2PM on Wednesday the 15th and had the worst experience possible , I ordered a mcchicken with cheese but to my surprise there was A LONG DARK HAIR IN MY CHEESE WHEN I TOOK A BITE , and the patty itself smelled of burnt oil and when I tried to call the store the manager on shift told me I was lying and that she was busy . Very rude and horrible customer service skills in my opinion, she tried getting me off the phone and told me that the fryer oil was fresh even though you can smell it on the meat , but I guess I was lying about that too. If you zoom into the picture you can see the long dark hair I was apparently lying about .

Didn’t even know Paulding had a McDonald’s. The double cheeseburger I got looked so perfect, I couldn’t believe it and it was better than the of the cheeseburgers they sell in my hometown McDonald’s. The employees working at the windows were extremely nice! And for the first time I got service with a smile!

Placed an app order, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and never moved. Decided to go inside and waited another 10 minutes. Someone finally came to the counter so I asked about my order at which point I was told that they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 even tho I placed the order 25 minutes prior. No way to get a refund. This location is a total joke. I will never visit again. Avoid this place at all costs. Paid $$ just to wait in line only to walk away with no food or my money back. Total incompetence.
