Came through the drive through, I was the only car in line and was told to pull to window because they were behind. Wait 15 minutes and noticed more then a dozen people got there food. I pulled through again and was told I will check on it. Pull back around. Nobody ever came out. I called the 10 year old manager who was rude and said come back we will give you your sandwich. Not Enough!! Sorry I’m not loving it. Horrible management and service!!!
The oatmeal I ordered was exceptionally good. I ate the first bowl and had to go back in and get another one. This McDonald’s is by far one of the best I’ve been too. They’re open 24 hours and located in a Pilot gas station. They should all be proud of their hard work. You can tell the employees enjoy working there by the quality of service with a smile.
Every time I go here they are always super rude. I get its not the best job in the world but it doesn’t mean you get to be rude and nasty to everyone. I just got a happy meal for my son and the box was all mangled and his hi-c was half way filled up. I have worked in fast food for a long time and being a server and no matter how bad of a day I was having I would never be rude or nasty to anyone.
I went through the drive thru on September 20th… my grandpa was in the hospital, I hadn’t eaten all day, and wanted to grab something quick. Returned to the hospital, took a bite out of my quarter pounder and it was still MOO-ing. Big disappointment. Gross.
Just came through to get an order & the Grab & Go pickup stand had a roach crawling over it. I tried to get a picture but a employee quickly grabbed it with a napkin and killed it. Yikes!!!!
This location clearly only hire high school dropouts and/or illiterate people as the most recent order was wrong once again (5 times almost in a row). I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese with no ketchup. Guess what I got? a SINGLE quarter pounder, no bacon, and it came with MAYO, KETCHUP (!) and extra pickles. Whoever was in charge of bagging the food, clearly only saw “Quarter Pounder” on the box and nothing more, so they grabbed it and popped it in the bag along with the rest of our food. Oh, also I ordered some food for my family and we had two large fries to share with everyone on a budget. The fries weren’t even topped off, they were filled halfway in each carton. Not only that but the McDonalds app never allows me to freely customize my food any way I want it to like one of their competitors who said to have it my way. Some of the family members are picky with what McDonalds put on their burgers and they want something else in lieu of what’s included on the burgers but it wasn’t possible so they had to just remove some of the included items, making it somewhat plain.
First McDonald’s I’ve been to where the order was ready, fresh,hot, and right in a while! And the drive thru works served with a smile and were very nice. Great job!
Ordered on mobile app, took my money but no confirmation. Replaced my order on the app and sent my bf to pick the food up like I’ve done MULTIPLE times. Now I’m told I have to be there to get my order even though it’s already paid for and they have my order number. Why they couldn’t give my bf the food I ordered us I don’t know, but it shouldn’t take 2 hours to get FAST food and I should be able to receive the food I already paid for and have confirmation of.
Wow! What an impressive experience. Drive-through speed, service at the pay window, service at the food delivery window. They had me move fwd while I waited on the food so other people behind me could keep moving ( I had a big order )Everyone was so pleasant.
This location was very busy at the time l stopped. The staff were obviously stressed by the pace. However, they had a great attitude and were doing there best to get everyone their food with minimal wait time.
