Food is typically sub par but will do in a pinch.
Today 12/29/25 I went through the drive thru at approximately 1:40pm. Ordered a #4C with a coke – $8.30.
Handed the woman cashier a $5 gift card, a $5 bill, and 30 cents. You would hand back the customer $2, right?
She handed me back my gift card and I said “No thanks I don’t need the card where is my change?” Very disrespectfully she told me “You don’t get change you still have money on your card?” I politely explained that how she processed the transaction was incorrect, I should receive $2. I asked “How would you handle this if I gave you a gift card and a credit card?” She shouted “I can’t even hear you! You have money on your card!”
Being pressed for time I took the gift card back and proceeded on to the next window. Maybe further training with this clerk would be beneficial. I think I’ll spend the $2 that is still remaining on my gift card at a different location.

The Lewis family franchise really needs to revamp. Their customer service is horrible. The whole point of the app was us faster service but when you still have to wait 30 minutes and then still told you had to wait longer because they were short-handed does not make sense to me

Riddle me this… why, oh WHY can you not pick up three mobile orders at once? I have gone to McDonald’s multiple times and placed multiple drive-thru orders at once, with no problems. But when I try to make it easier on them and just do mobile orders, during a busy lunch rush, I am told I can only pick them up one at a time? And that I will have to go and get back into the line? On what planet does that make sense?? Clearly, common sense is WASTED on the management here. By the time we all received our food, we had wasted half of our lives in the drive-thru line, and most of our food was cold. Disappointing.

It’s McDonald’s. You know what you’re getting but this one specifically is so slow. A breakfast sandwich and a black coffee took me 10 minutes to get. Ordered on the app, showed up and was asked to pull to the side. Seems like it’s every time now. Nothing fast about it.

I’m not sure what is going on here lately. For 8 years they had been pretty much the best. We never had any issues.
Now the last few times we have been they have had us pull up to the 3rd window and wait for 10-15 minutes for things like a sweet tea. We’ve even had to remind them that we are out here because they have forgotten. I’ve sat here and watched as car after car behind me has been served while I am waiting on a sweet tea again today. 20 minutes later no one came.

This McDonald’s is the rudest laziest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I wasted my gas going through the drive thru only to have to go back through because they forgot my items. And gave us hell. Rude. Hateful and lazy.
