Get off your phone teal blue phone case and collared shirt girl! Legit waited in line for 8 minutes to get my partner food for him, then, they gave me half the fries they should have, the younger woman was working her tail off, the other woman was standing in front of the window on her phone. Then I gave it to him, he was pissed because there was a lot lettuce on the burger, and gave HALF of the medium fries. Came back, fixed it and they gave me soggy overly salted fries and I’ve worked at a place like this, that was the bottom of the machine fries. Absolutely horrendous and wasted gas just driving back and forth. Don’t come here. Disrespectful people and tbh. I’m not stupid. This was screwed up and these people def don’t care about their jobs. Cannot believe I can’t even get my man food without them screwing it up or grabbing me OLD FRIES. Furthermore, “what did she expect, it’s a Big Mac”? Excuse me?????????!!!!?!?!?? THE APP SAID LIGHT LETTUCE. I don’t know if they realized that I could hear them. But I’m definitely not happy I had to drive back and forth just to give my fiance soggy fries and a half ass job. He was barely able to eat it because he didn’t half enough time anyway. I even tried the fries and they tasted horrible after they “corrected the order.” You can see for yourselves. Just commute to the one in Lima or Findlay. This is just crap. I felt horrible for my fiance. The pictures were taken by my fiance after I dropped the food off and left THEN HAD TO TURN AROUND AND COME BACK. Video was from me after he told me to take the fries home because he didn’t want them. And didn’t even fill the drink all the way, and barely any ice, yeah that’s exactly what my man wanted working in a hot environment.. For someone who wanted to do something nice for my fiance working a 16 hour shift, don’t go here.

Went inside to order, waited quite a while and someone finally came out and said they will be right back. After waiting a while longer left. Got in the car and drive through the drive through, only one car there. Order a coffee and two sausage Mcmuffin, no egg.
Got right through no waiting I seen the guy that was in front of me inside so standing at the counter.
Got on the freeway and grabbed a sandwich and it’s a dry biscuit.

The manager at this place was rude and unprofessional. It’s the middle of lunch rush and the girl helping customers at the counter was getting yelled at by the manager. The manager rudely stated that people could stop being lazy and use the kiosk that’s what they’re there for. Well, I’m sorry my 80 year-old grandmother doesn’t want to use one of those. I’m not sure what the big deal was with the young girl at the counter trying to do a job. The manager definitely needs some corrective action on how to talk to people.

Waited over 30 minutes for a macchiato, when we went up to the counter to ask where it was a girl asked what I needed help with and when I explained that I was missing my drink, she said “I thought we already gave you that” I said “no not mine yet” and this girl walked away LOL. Then, when manager came to the counter close to 15 minutes later, I showed her my receipt and told her I was still missing the drink. Lemme show you guys what the manager handed to me when she made it. I explained that it didn’t look right and she genuinely told me this is how the drink is supposed to look. I just asked for a refund.

I get that you guys are in a rush but it would’ve been more worth it to get my order right the first or second time. P.s workers will openly be eating food without gloves for lobby customers to see

Stopped here on a road trip. We both had just a medium fry. They served one of us ice cold fries and the other fresh. I’m sorry if you’re already making new ones maybe don’t give someone ones that have been clearly sitting for 20+ minutes. Staff was rude since we came into the lobby. The lobby was not closed and we did not stay in it. Just grabbed our food and used the bathroom. We used the bathroom before of food was even done. Don’t know what the staffs problem was normally do not have this type of issues at a McDonald’s at 830PM.

Very clean but very short staffed when I went. They took almost 30 minutes to get our food ready. When we asked what happened they said they only had one person in the kitchen and they apologized. The mcrispy sandwich was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it… Like it was microwaved too much and then fried. The fries were hard and dry. We were going to bring it up, but we already waited so long and had to leave.

The McChicken sandwiches were okay.

This is a very slow McDonalds and i don’t think any of the employees have a clue on what they’re doing. One sandwich and i was asked to pull over to reserved spot 2 and waited 10 minutes for a bagel

Placed a mobile order at 10:22am as I was currently on my way to Bluffton. I was charged $16 for my meal, I arrived at the drive through at 10:31am and I was told that breakfast was over and I could only get my ice coffee. I explained to the drive through worker that I was charged $16 for this breakfast meal and I was only getting a coffee. The one female in the back of the window laughed and said that breakfast could not be made anymore. When I pulled up to the next window to get my coffee the worker said that there was a single hash brown remaining, I laughed and just asked for my coffee.

I’m unsure why breakfast can be order before the 10:30am deadline but can’t be prepared for someone picking it up.

Update 11/20/25

I have been charged the full amount of $16.58 for a single iced coffee and no refund has been started. Capital explained that it would take 50 days for an investigation to be started so I’m out the money until McDonald’s corrects their error.

I stopped at this McDonald’s on my way to Monroe Michigan from Cincinnati. I ordered two sausage muffins to go. I had to wait just a couple minutes and boy was it worth the way. They were made fresh. They were hot and it made my trip to Michigan. All that much better. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean inside and out. What else can you ask for. Do yourself a favor and stop by this McDonald’s if you’re ever traveling on i-75 in Ohio. You’ll be glad you did
