Can you guys not take 30 minutes to get me my food every single time I come here? It’s not even worth going here anymore. It’s literally faster to drive to Bluffton, get Wendy’s, then come back. When I do get my food it’s usually wrong or missing sauces. Get it together.

This has been some of the worst McDonalds I’ve had.
Both me and my moms fish sandwiches were dry and overcooked.
This has to be the smallest piece of cheese I’ve ever seen.
Also, my milkshake came out and was pretty much a cup of milk. Extremely disappointed.

Burgers were hard and charred. Also made every single one wrong on something or other worh just the sandwich. Ordered a large fry got a small fry. Forgot both drinks. Rude staff with red/pinkish hair. 45 minute wait in drive through reserved #2. When I talked to the staff worh red/pinkish shoulder length hair she was rude and disrespectful. Would not fix, refund, or correct the order. Do not recommend getting anything here after 7:30pm.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is hit or miss. Some days it’s perfect, other days it’s the complete opposite. Today was one of those days. I ordered a large fry and this is what I got. You wouldn’t think it would be that hard to scoop fries into a fry box, but maybe it’s harder than it sounds. Point being, I ordered and paid for a large fry, but was basically given a medium. Get it together

Everytime I order nuggets it’s cold or it’s been cooked in two week old oil (tastes nothing like a McDonald’s nugget) ordered delivery tonight what do you know half a large fry, missing a whole other fry I mean come on is this plain stupidity of a business or just carelessness I think they should step it up or step down

never had an issue with the food but the service the past few months has been AWFUL. a bunch of kids that care more about singing along to the music on their phones than acknowledging you or doing their job. they will look right at you and ignore you, and this is not a one time occurrence
