I should have read the reviews before eating here. Whoever put together my burgers has no cares and no pride in their work. I’m not trying to be the old man yelling at the clouds, but seriously, how hard is it to stack burgers and cheese. And the store wasn’t even busy.

Service has slipped in the last year. Fries are never full or have any salt on them. Sandwiches have little toppings. The serving staff at the take out wondows have no manners or motivation. Don’t eat here, the staff thinks their job is a joke. Quality doesn’t matter because they’re getting paid anyway.

Came in, ordered a shared meal with fries nuggets and sandwiches, waited over 20-30 minutes and it was cold. I got a shake while ordering, chocolate and they gave me vanilla, asked for it to be remade they just added chocolate syrup on top. Ordered a triple cheeseburger only mustard and it came with ketchup and onion, when asked for it to be remade, it was the same exact sandwich. On top of that the drink machine needs redone, everything is watered down. – 12/07/25

Terrible service almost always! Went in at 1030 and waited for our 20 dollar breakfast order for 25 mins… one girl was snobby and acted like we were preventing her from something ♀️ once we got our food my bagel was burnt and cold and we missed our hot chocolate… the other girl, skinny and blonde assisted us and was very nice while the first dark haired girl kept rolling her eyes at us and avoiding helping us. The steak was yesterday’s breakfast… no silverware no syrup no napkins nothing… need to get this store in order!!!

I went early this morning idk like 730-745am and I ordered a large ice Carmel coffee extra Carmel and an ice Carmel macchiato large. The girl at intercoms was worried about what ever was around her then listening as I repeated my code 3-4 times (we was only on in drive thru and inside wasn’t busy) after we paid went and got to the second window and I’m sorry not sure if was male or female (not judging) but they handed me two Carmel macchiatos i politely said this is what I ordered but I’ll try it (I don’t like it but I won’t waste money) I was nice and they rolled their eyes and huff and puffed when I was trying to be nice and I even told them it’s fine I’ll drink it. Then they grabbed the drive thru window with an attitude and pretty much shoved it closed. My opinion is if you don’t like your job find new one don’t ruin someone’s day with an attitude. I wasn’t even mad they made drinks wrong I was more mad with the rolling eyes and attitude from pick up window.maybe they needed coffee themselves. I just felt very unwelcome and treated really wrongly over spilt milk ( bc like I said I was being nice and was just letting them know it was made wrong) I went to check my receipt and I was never given on I feel like everyone should get a receipt even if they say they don’t want it give it to them any ways. Bc to be honest idk what price I even paid and for what so that’s loss prevention issue now. I just hope there day gets better and their attitude

Ordered 3 number 9’s. One one i asked for no cheese and ketchup only. All 3 orders had cheese and pickles ketchup and mustard. My children hate pickles so I ate them. And my wife doesnt do cheese. But she tolerated it. Please try to do a little better. Other than that my order was good.

I don’t ever like to complain, but I was hoping kind of the service would go up at this location but last Friday I came here and they did not give me two items out of the three items that were supposed to be in my bag plus, I asked the girl if there was ketchup in the bag and she said yes, then there was not only an egg McMuffin. So I pulled away, went all the way back around through the drive-through and told the lady that it was missing my two hashbrowns and I didn’t get the ketchup. She took the bag from me took the sandwich out put it on top of the pop machine, she was gonna eat it for snack later on, put another sandwich in the bag and the two hashbrowns and I asked her if there was ketchup in the bag and she said yes pulled away stuff out. Still no catch up in the back so I had to actually go in to get my catch up. Today I go to the drive-through the lady at the register was really nice. I got the same girl picking my food up last week rude. No smile doesn’t say anything to you at all this time. I made sure I asked for extra ketchup, extra napkins, oh yeah, because they always forget the napkins And I get the bag. Everything looks like it was in there. I pulled away. I pulled my sandwich out is covered the whole outside of the wrapper is covered with maple syrup and there is not one damn thing I ordered that maple syrup.! It’s so wonderful driving while cleaning maple syrup off your hands!

What’s the point of doing a mobile order ahead of time if they consistently take 10-15 minutes to bring it out after I’ve arrived and parked? There’s not even a line for the drive thru. It’s not just this McDonald’s, it’s every single one in Lima. Ridiculous.

Ordered food around 9:30pm, curb pick up. Order was 2 6p nugget meals, and a Big Mac meal. Took some time to come out, which we are fine with for hot fries! We live right around the corner, the fries were ice cold, and order was wrong. We called to let them know, and we always tell them don’t worry about remaking, just a simple “hey, food was crappy, do better” Was told she wasn’t a “real” manager and that I shouldn’t come back. So…. Yea, I won’t be back. Shawnee is falling apart….
