Be careful if your a regular, they are inconsistent with delivering (even to curbside) the food that was paid for. Often times making it necessary to make multiple trips. No compensation offered. Even to regulars when the issue is on their end. Definitely not a store to be taken seriously, maybe dine in only, if you can stand the horde of employees encompassing 1 of the 2 entrances.

I and my friend that was driving asked for chicken nuggets and barbecue sauce and a cheese burger and a medium tea and I got 3 double cheeseburger and large fries and a small fries and a strawberry shake, and I paid for it all $24 and some change, and we got ripped out of the chicken nuggets and small fries. I will not go to that one any more, and the workers need to stay focused and make sure that no drive thru customers wouldn’t lose their food that I spent on it. And many drive through staff don’t put everything that the customer gets ripped off. And it’s getting bad m And if this continues, they’re be civil suits going in and even possibly criminal charges for theft of their food that they paid for that they don’t get because they didn’t second check to make sure that all customers get what they paid for and not have to have some business try to use their rules and regulations to get them out of giving whatever a person says they didn’t get, and they didn’t check until they got to their destination and found out that the fast food chain of restaurants tell customers that come back after leaving the property. They said that the customer is in the wrong for not going through it. But it is the workers who is paid to do their job and to do it professionally and educationaly. If you can’t fix an order,and make sure everything that the customer ordered is in said bag when giving it to the customer. And I if we don’t get everything that we paid for with our own money that I worked hard to get just to come to McDonald’s drive thru and if I don’t look to make sure everything is in the bag, I should not need to do that if the workers who got it ready and packed it should already know that it’s all there. But I am not the only person I know that this has happened to, and it’s has gotten very old and I am through giving my money for purchases I made And just because we chose to come through the drive thru, it’s usually the drive thru customers who is not getting everything that they paid for and if I didn’t get it, then one of them may be eating it later when they go to break. Still I’m done having some of my food missing after I ordered it and paid money to eat it. They need to pay. It’s the principal of it all.

We just moved to Proctorville, Ohio from Phoenix, Arizona. I’ve been all over the country and I’ve always been a McDonald’s fan, so we were excited to have this location close by since Proctorville is our new home.
But after coming to this McDonald’s probably a dozen times over the last two months, I can honestly say we’ve been disappointed every single time — specifically with the french fries. They’re consistently undercooked, limp, and honestly pretty disgusting. This isn’t a safety issue, it’s a quality issue — they’re simply not up to McDonald’s standards.
At this point I have to wonder if the franchise owner or management has even gone through the drive-thru and tried them. It doesn’t matter what time we come, it’s the same problem every time.
This location needs to secret shop themselves or seriously reassess their fry cooking process, because it shouldn’t be this consistently bad.

Fast, efficient, and accurate service. The extra drizzle on a frappe cost $0.25 and it looks like a teeny teeny bit was added. Not worth the talk $0.25. On the other hand, we ask for extra napkins and sure do appreciate what they gave us.

We went through the drive thru on Friday August 1st 2025. We ordered 2 hot fudge sundae. If there was a tablespoon of hot fudge there wasn’t any. The cup wasn’t full of ice cream. When I questioned the hot fudge “oh we can add more for 50 cents.” Everytime I go through there for a caramel frappe it may have 2 lines of caramel on it. I’ve made up my mine I will not support this store anymore
