There should really be a negative scale for moments when the entire store has failed. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and mayonnaise only, fries and a sprite. The sandwich had mayonnaise and lettuce, no cheese!! Not only was it wrong it was also had what I imagine was the texture of a dogs chew toy. Not really sure why I had hope for the sandwich considering the fries were soggy and limp. Then thinking I would wash the taste of shear disappointment down with a refreshing sprite anger overwhelmed all my senses as the flat butter taste gave way for a hat trick giving Irontons once go to for a quick quality meal the win, taking first place in poorest devastating negative 5 star would not send Hitler to eat at award ever. Absolutely the worst food and drink to ever be made for consumption! Pathetic…..

The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to several. The slowness wouldn’t be so bad but then on top of that they messed up my order, so I’m not a big fan of this location in particular.

Can’t say this is my favorite place, 90% of the time they get the orders wrong or you’re waiting in line for what feels like an eternity for mediocre fast food. Went last night and the burgers my wife and I got we raw in the middle, we did get a full refund for them but its things like this that make me second guess my choice of going there.

The food is mediocre at best, and the service is acceptable at best. Could be friendlier. Parking is amazing. I think with a little movement in management could be alot more pleasant of a visit. The managers are too comfortable and need a wake up call.

We went in for a basket of fries and two beverages, they gave us the most full and fresh basket of fries ever! My iced coffee was absolutely amazing. I normally try to only go to the ironton one because it’s so good, they go beyond my expectations every time.
