The parking lot was nice. One of the restrooms looked damaged, but the other one was in good condition. The Fire Tower was really cool, and the trails were well-marked. There were lots of trails in the area.

I had breakfast here on 2/10 about 9 am. First time at this location. Noticed the cleanliness immediately as I entered the dining area. The food was quick, hot and as expected. I tried and loved the Hot Honey Cbicken Biscuit meal with a hash brown and small coffee.

The overall experience was great. Inside is clean and bathrooms have paper. The only issue i may pop up its its short staffed so mistakes happen. Ask for sweet and wour then get ranch or BBQ. You may even get someone else’s order, but no harm done right. Its just a mistake.

My husband got hot water instead of coffee and the oil needs to be filtered… And the lack of proper uniform is kinda of crazy. The hashbrowns weren’t cooked all the way through and my sandwich was missing from my order. So I had to go inside or I wouldn’t have seen anything as far as uniform or here the blame game happening in the back…

Huge shoutout to the Chillicothe McDonald’s crew! The owners have clearly done an amazing job hiring the right people. Every visit feels friendly and fast, and the food is always on point. The fries? Still America’s best, crispy, golden, and impossible to resist! And let’s be honest, we’re all counting down the days until those holiday pies hit the menu again. Keep up the great work, team!

Terrible service. Multiple times over the years I have received the wrong condaments that I specifically asked *not* to have on my burger, even after they have me pull into one of their waiting spots because they say it is going to take longer, which if I am being told to wait longer I would assume it means that they are actually taking time to get my order right. This place has disappointed me time and time again and I have lost hope with ever ordering at this specific place again. It seems that they can’t get things right for the life of them. How hard is it to make a plain cheeseburger?

New update: still five stars! So many times this McDonald’s on bridge Street in front of harbor freight and Dunham’s sports is the best one. Great customer service, super friendly, and most importantly always fresh food and never stail or old. Special shout out to my elderly ladies usually always up front registers or at drive through last window, you got some real MVP crew that I appreciate seeing every time I go in. One time, I even went through drive through instead of my normal pick up inside and I ended up waiting for like 25 minutes but to reward my patience they gave me free meal card for the error and wait during their peak dinner rush. That is quality customer service. I didn’t even have to say anything. They treat their customers exactly how you should. 3.2025
I just wanted to say there was a mess up on my mobile app with rewards when trying to place an order and Kennedy or someone of that name starts with K gave amazing customer service! Thank you for helping me. Keep up the hard work and we appreciate you!

Went through the drive-through to order breakfast burritos, and add grilled onions. I have ordered this several times at different locations. Was not busy at all as a matter, fact, there was only one of the car in the drive-through. Refused to make my order because of burritos were already wrapped. Why couldn’t you just make new burritos and put the onions in them before you wrap them? Didn’t offer for an additional charge which I would’ve been OK with or anything…

It was a struggle. Long wait time. Milk shake was sour. Staff was disorganized. Tables had not been cleaned in hours. Lots of flies in the bathroom. Credit card on kiosk did not work. Food was basic McDs.
