I went to this McDonald’s location for lunch. There were 2 people in neon vests bringing food to guests in the dining room and outside the drive thru. They were fast and efficient. The food was great and I was satisfied with my experience

Ordered a fillet-o-fish and a Big Mac at the beginning of lunch around 10:45 AM. The buns were so stale on both sandwiches. They were not edible. Not to mention, I use the mobile app, placed my order in the parking lot. Waited five minutes until the order was supposed to be ready, went inside, then waited another 10 minutes for them to make it, the service was pretty bad, but the food was even worse. One of the worst McDonald’s EVER!

This McDonald’s is a complete failure from top to bottom. Considering that I live 0.2 miles away for 8 years and giving this location more chances than it ever deserved, I can confidently say this place is beyond saving without serious corporate intervention.

The staff is chronically rude, openly dismissive, and hostile toward customers. There is no customer service here—only attitude. Employees regularly behave as if customers are an inconvenience and act like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. No greetings. No apologies. No accountability. Just indifference and arrogance.

Orders are wrong constantly. I always request NO PICKLES, and yet my food arrives with pickles the majority of the time. This isn’t a one-off error. This is repeated negligence that shows a complete lack of standards.

The drive-thru is absurdly slow, even when the line is empty. There is no excuse for the wait times at this location. Going inside is even worse. The lobby is almost always marked “closed,” and when it’s open, there is NEVER anyone at the front counter. Walk-in customers are flat-out ignored while employees hide in the back. Ordering inside takes longer than the drive-thru, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.

Now for the most serious issue: Happy Meal toys.

This location is clearly abusing the toy system. Employees routinely claim there are “no options,” then decide for you which toy you’ll get. Based on my personal experience and what I later found online, it appears toys are being intentionally withheld and resold.

I personally found a local seller on Facebook Marketplace and eBay reselling a large box (60+ repeated units) of the Disneyland 70th Happy Meal toy box#01 (most popular) priced a lot higher than retail. That level of quantity does not come from normal customer purchases.

One incident made everything painfully clear:
I went inside and asked if, when buying toys separately, there was a chance to receive different ones. An employee told me she couldn’t promise but would try to help. I purchased over 15 toys. When I got home, EVERY SINGLE TOY WAS IDENTICAL. I was blatantly misled. A week later, I saw a box full of those same toys listed locally online for resale.

This is not poor service.
This is systemic mismanagement, dishonesty, and abuse of inventory.

This location operates like no one is supervising it, no policies are enforced, and no one cares. Corporate standards clearly do not apply here. After 8 years of frustration, wasted money, and disrespect, I can say without hesitation:

Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.
If this is your local store, I strongly suggest driving farther. Convenience is NOT worth dealing with incompetence, rudeness, and what appears to be deliberate misconduct.

McDonald’s corporate should be embarrassed that this location carries their name.

I bought a Happy Meal, but was given an empty box with no toy inside. It seems like someone at this McDonald’s intentionally took the toy and gave me nothing. It’s the first day of the new toy release—this is really disappointing and unacceptable.

Was in last night and it took at least 20 minutes for them just to make me a large Big Mac meal. In the middle of it, “we’re just waiting on fries” and yet I still stood there near the counter for what felt like forever after I had put in my order at the kiosk. (Even better, one kiosk was in service yet had a card reader that was down. So essentially useless)

Once I got it, no one even handed me a cup and I practically had to jeer across into the kitchen from the counter before someone would give me one.

They’re lucky I’m pretty patient. Anyone else would’ve just walked out and disputed the charge on their credit card.

This is hands down the best McDonald’s. I can only speak for weekdays at breakfast time but I come here one or two times a week on my way to Kettering College and the employees are always kind and courteous. I typically order ahead and go through the drive-thru but even days when the drive-thru is long I change my order to in-store pickup and it’s always ready. My food is always fresh and delicious. Too many people only leave reviews when something goes wrong so I wanted to shout out this McDonald’s!! The breakfast team is top notch!

Ice cream machine is always down. Just went through at 1020 and they don’t close until 12 and he said let me check the machine. Then he came back and said it’s already in heat mode for the night. Haven’t been to that one in 3 years bc it was always down, will never go back

Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. Raw meat and rude workers. The person at the window was one of the rudest people I have ever met, with the manage coming in at second. On 1/25/25 @ 6:10 PM, we placed our order. We were served a raw quarter pounder, and the manager refused to refund us for the burger or any portion of the meal.

I ordered a quarter pounder to get this?! No bun, how rude. I was treated rudely in the drivethrough and now this. Keep making you minimum wage, it shows why you are. Sadly I can’t come back to the location, so I’m out my money and I didn’t get what I ordered.
