This place needs to close serving raw as food to people and the rudest customer service ever if you value your health and sanity do not go here! Also while waiting some guys came in and was humping the tree and moaning extremely loud and management didn’t say anything or ask them to leave but you tell them your order is messed up they threaten to call the cops on someone. The tree that was violated is pictured here.

Avoid this one. Poor communication. Poor attitudes. They’ll want to fight you after their shift if you expect any kind of customers service or food in 20 minutes or less. Take the feedback and learn to communicate instead of wanting to fight. Low class. I should have listened to the customer who walked out after waiting 20 minutes who told me the staff basically weren’t working and dragging out orders that should take five minutes. When I worked at McDonald’s we would have never thought for a second about going at a customer like that. Sad state of things these days.

This order took 15 minutes in total. I went through drive thru & ordered Biscuit & Gravy, 1 side of Gravy, and 2 Hash Browns with 2 ketchup packets. Was told they are waiting on biscuits & to pull forward to wait & they’d bring my order out to me. Waited 10 minutes & called them on phone to ask where my order was & that I’d been waiting 10 minutes. Employee told me that when I ordered they had told me they were waiting on biscuits…..I told her that I had been waiting 10 minutes, & she said they’d bring it out when it’s ready & she abruptly hung up on me…..I was going to suggest they just replace the scratch made biscuit with one of the buttermilk biscuits, but before I could say this, she hung up on me. They brought my food, but it was missing the 2 Hash Browns, so I called them again & told them that. When they brought my Hash browns out, I showed the employee that my Sausage Gravy & Biscuit had been flipped over on top of each other so that both biscuit halves were on top of each other like pancakes with hardly any gravy. I also told her that they forgot the ketchup but I wasn’t waiting anymore because I had already waited 15 minutes and I wasn’t happy with their service & I left. Terrible Terrible Terrible service…..they need to do better
On a side note, this isn’t the first time McDonald’s has pancaked the Biscuits & Gravy on my order, and the Linden Ave location isn’t the only location that does this….so they should fix this issue.

Yea I got one for the day manager tomorrow….
The guy is so professional and polite and speaks with a genuine manner. The lady….she treats the job like a HS classroom frankly … Sarcastic fake niceness ..and immediately gossips into the headset moments after walking away….like we see you
She needs to be explained to what holding your composure is and taking the job more seriously.
When I was standing between doors (because I waited to see how bad she’d be) she got so ridiculously loud whining and complaining about the card usage….
For her sake and customers….do some training sessions with her…

Manager with short black hair with color underneath was yelling at her crew today around 12 .seemed stressed had to wate 17 mins for a remake on a sandwich. The poor minors in the red hats looked clueless .instead of yelling at your crew where customers can hear you how about strategie on how to work threw the fast pace environment and process things successful. Food is to expensive to have to wate 17 mins for a remake sandwich when the rest of my food is now.cold now .stop making excuses that customers don’t want to hear and just fix the problem

I went though the drive thru and had a code for a free sandwich, which I had loaded as I got up to the speaker, because I know their app codes can be finicky if you do otherwise. Well, I gave them my code and it didn’t work. I even showed them the code and what it said when I got to the window. They gave me no options nor fixed the problem on their end. Any other McDonald’s promos it off when this happens. Absolutely terrible service. I shouldn’t have to pay for a sandwich that I have a code to get it free because of a reward. Do better.

Dine in order was screwed up. Went to the counter and 3 employees looked at me and ignored me. No one manning the counter. You have to wait forever for someone to acknowledge you. Whatever happened to customer service skills with people. Anyone could have helped me. So frustrating.

I dont know what is wrong with the employees at this location but a while restaff. If you have to pull a car forward because you are waiting on ONE piece of the order then I dont know maybe make the whole order together? Its not hard to work at McDonald’s and I say that because I HAVE worked at McDonald’s. This McDonald’s might be as bad as the dayton xenia McDonald’s if not worse and that’s saying something. I just wanted to go through McDonald’s and have a nice little time but I got greeted by a very rude young lady and and it took forever to get my food it took like 8 minutes and they’re not even done properly they’re extremely messy. OSHA the girl charged me more than I should have been paying I had just ordered two strawberry banana smoothies and a burger and she charged me for fries I didn’t get. Also while I was watching the lady make our smoothies she did not have gloves on and she touched the lid of our smoothies and I did not appreciate the unsanitation
