We came in about 9:20 ish PM and we normally don’t have issues with this location but tonight was absolutely horrendous. Darlene was great as usual but the manager seem to have a slight attitude maybe stress got the best of her because she’s usually not like this I get it I worked in food for years. The burger was like eating jerky on a bun. Number one rule of food if you wouldn’t eat it yourself don’t expect someone else to eat it. Really disappointed in my experience tonight. Get some rest and start a new day crew of Stroop rd McDonald’s. Love and light big hugs.

No one helped us at the register, they were extremely busy, it was the lunch rush. I ordered from the order kiosk inside the restaurant. We didnt wait too long for the for the food. It came out in a reasonable amount of time. Someone brought it out to us and set our tray at our table, smiled and was very nice to us.

Best McDonald’s location I always go lunch hours and order a specialty drink, but have been to dozens of locations across the country and this by far is at the top of the list: always fresh food, great customer service Ball!, and specialty drinks made to perfection!

8:17 PM in the drive through and the guy says they can’t do multiple orders because he’s the only one working??!! This is NOT our problem. The manager working told them that there was too many cars in the drive through!! Are you serious??!!

Daughter went through the drive thru and the worker was rude.
She ordered me 2 ranch snack wraps. I got one ranch (pictured with like 4 pieces of cheese)and the other one was a spicy one in a spicy wrapper? Everything was cold

I swear, I don’t think their hamburgers are made from all beef cattle. They have to have mostly filler in it. It doesn’t taste like hamburger nor is the texture like a normal burger. Maybe that’s why they use a ridiculous amount of salt on the burgers. Also, since when do the pickles on a double cheeseburger burn your tongue from being so spicy hot????

Emily is the worst manager. With Noone in the store or drive thru I watched her at 2:30 am kick out a homeless person who is a paying customer and is a good person who was minding their own business into freezing weather. Worries about everyone but herself and her job. Ill never come back to this store again unless something is done about it. Thanks no thanks. Thumbs down

It’s pretty upsetting that McDonald’s wouldn’t let us do multiple orders, because the manager that’s working told them that there was too many cars to the drive-through, when all we were trying to do is save money with the McDonald’s app, but ended up paying more because of this. It’s not the gentleman’s fault who was taking the orders, but the manager definitely needs to change how there running things.
