Can you spot the discrepancy? No? I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles and no onions so why did it have a pickle (which I ate in one bite because it came out of the sandwich when I bit into it) and onions? What happened to the days of quality control and just plain attention to details?? The burger didn’t have a grill ticket so whoever grabbed the sandwich and put it into the bag should have noticed that detail. I have been slowly decreasing my instances of eating take-out for the convenience mainly because I often DON’T get what I ask for!

As a nightshift worker I truly try to be understanding when it comes to service at odd hours. However. The particular manager that works nights at this store has given me and my family issues multiple times due to laziness and incompetence. The two employees she has on the clock are currently out front sharing a blunt together. While she herself works the kitchen alone. Gave us the wrong fries. Cold, saltless, and obviously the bottom of the bin. Came back for 2 fresh medium fries and proceeds to only give us one. Burgers are burnt AND cold. Kept trying to rush us through to get rid of us. Said they’re oh so conveniently out of receipt paper so we couldn’t leave a review directly on her. I’ve never seen her name tag on her. Shes never been kind. Im going to give else where my service since I am not a vauled customer. The day is October 2nd @1:20. This manger is the worst in the store by far.

How bout a negative 10? This was the worst I’ve ever been in. Teenagers everywhere, like 20. Talking loudly, cursing, being vulgar and no one is saying anything to them, just ignoring it likes it’s not happening. The staff was so rude, wearing very dirty clothes and so hateful. We got 2 sandwiches, nothing special, nothing extra. After placing that simple order we waited to only pay for over 10 minutes. Not one employee was seen at the front end that whole time. The woman who i interacted with when someone finally came was so just nasty inside and out. When I told my husband let’s go cuz she was so disgustingly rude, and i wasnt gonna stand for it by the likes of her she actually responded ” peace”. So disgusting personally and professionally. I would recommend driving the couple miles to the next one. With Immaturity and rudeness like that, who knows what’s done to your food behind that wall if they don’t like something about you. Some people just shouldn’t have a job that interacts with other people. I was treated this way just trying to pay for my order, I can’t imagine the reaction to someone who has a complaint or wrong order.

Never been to Dayton until my son had to be rushed to children’s hospital .went to this McDonald’s because it was close . Never ever in my life will I ever return or recommend this place. messed my order up and had missing food . Took over 25 min to get the wrong order . Then another 10 before they gave me mine . We have a two lane busy McDonald’s in our town and it’s way better than this place . I would even say this is not a McDonald’s but a kid ran food booth . Rude ,slow and not worth the money . I wouldnt go around for the missing food . That is risky and not will to wait another 30+ min .the people at children’s hospital told us not to go there . I should have listened .

Since the remodel it has been a 50/50 shot trying to go to this store. Going through the drive thru is unpredictable and the service is even more. Today was the unfortunate day that marked my last straw. Gave me a full cup of ice in my tea first and then after getting about half way through my biscuits and gravy I found a piece of plastic in my mouth mid bite. So fair warning to anyone who does continue service here. I hope your experience was good but after years of the same old behavior I guess I expected better for the company to remodel and still half ass do their jobs. Thanks Kelly, for the refund.

Stop there early morning for breakfast a few times a week and they say the can only accept cash or mess a simple order up. I’ll be going down the road from now on. This is by far the worst McDonalds and the employees are absolutely a joke

This place has to be the rudest slowest place ever I’ve lived in the area. My whole life and this McDonald has officially just went downhill. For good. Save your money and go somewhere else for the love of God.

This McDonald’s is a joke since the remodel. Every time I go here there is an issue, long wait, wrong items, you name it. This most recent visit I pulled through drivethru to get my order and was told to park in waiting spot. So I did, after about 20 mins no one ever came out to give me my order. Like employees were just standing at drive thru staring like they forgot they parked me. This location has become horrible and poorly ran. Y’all should fix that.

The new remodel is the worst. They have music blaring at you, and they are all behind a wall so if you need help with anything it may take awhile before anyone notices you. I have had better luck with the drive-thru at this store.
