Every time I get a frozen Coke it comes with a dome lid so why is it always never filled I mean you’re charging me $1.79 for a frozen Coke so why are we not filling the lid. The restaurant was disgusting. Food and drinks left on almost every table not cleaned up and drink spills everywhere on the floor that makes it sticky. It was disappointing to see the workers not taking care of the tables, just standing around, and playing in the back.

The Harshman location is one of the few 24-hour McDonald’s which is cool but I would give zero stars if I could. This is the second time it’s happened at the same location, where this McDonald’s I order from claims their system is down (late a night) when I get there, and there is no way to cancel your mobile order in the app.

I give 1 star bc I cannot give 0. I Ordered Door Dash an hour before the switch to breakfast. & they took AN HOUR to make my order then canceled because they switched to the “breakfast” menu and that’s after I called to ask if they were stop accepting orders. Could’ve easily said no. a literal joke

Very wannabe ghetto and unprofessional. I came in the drive thru because my daughter made a mobile order. They gave my daughter the wrong drink. So we had to u turn. I passed them the drink and told them they gave us the wrong one. One of the workers just stared at me like she wanted to do something (but wasn’t going to do nothing but keep looking silly). I asked her who she was looking at like that and she shut the window on me. So basically got a attitude with ME because THEY got our order wrong. Lol. Stop hiring these kids that lack decorum.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the Dayton area for customer service. I ordered the cookies and cream pie through the drive-thru, only to get up to the window to be told they don’t sell the cookies and cream pie. I said you’re advertising them and you took my order so obviously you do. Then they informed me they do sell them they just don’t have them ready that it would be a 12 minute wait I said that’s fine. I got my drink and I waited and waited some more and waited some more after 45 minutes of waiting I drove off. I could have went in and made a big stink about it but that wouldn’t have made a difference because obviously the employees at this McDonald’s do not care about the customer! I know it was just a cookies and cream pie but the idea behind waiting 45 mins for something that I was told to take 12 minutes is ridiculous. Plus if you’re going to be at 24 hour restaurant the least you can do is staff people at night to make the wait time and the customer service a little better.

I had ordered a Big Mac and also a quarter pounder on the screen there’s an option for well done. So I selected that, normally they put the meat patties back on the grill, I also enjoy having my meat hot and not lukewarm and in the past they have done an excellent job. This particular day, instead of putting the Patties on the grill they stuck him in the microwave, they were totally unedible I went into the store and showed it to the manager and she apologized. As I explained to the store manager not delivering what was ordered and, and in the shape the patties were in it’s just like stealing money , Last trip to McDonald’s for me.
