Everyone is in a rush for no reason in today’s world. Everything is go go and now now. Slow down, enjoy your life. Tomorrow and today is not promised. That being said, looking at the reviews I was skeptical but hardly people nowadays give good reviews mostly negative. But I gave it a shot! I may had to wait a little bit but worth the wait, Big Mac no lettuce and usually other McDonald’s mess that up. This location did not! And they did not skimp on the sauce . My fries were freshhhhhh and that was one crispy Dr Pepper. 10/10 will revisit.

This McDonald’s is unbelievably slow. Every visit ends the same way: instead of handing out food at the drive-thru window, the employees ask customers to pull ahead or park somewhere else to “wait.” They’re clearly doing it to stop the drive-thru timer, not to speed up service.
The irony is that pulling ahead actually makes the wait two to three times longer than if they’d just given you your food at the window. It’s frustrating watching cars that arrived after you drive off while you’re stuck waiting ten more minutes for a simple order.
To make matters worse, most of the employees seem more interested in their phones than in serving customers. You can see them texting, scrolling, and laughing together while people in the drive-thru sit and wait. It’s unprofessional and shows how little pride they take in their work.
This location needs serious management attention. Until then, save yourself the time and headache — go to another McDonald’s where they actually care about customers instead of their timer and their phones.
Edit: I ordered the new Golden Chicken sandwich, and instead they drown it in Mayonnaise intentionally (see photos), because I did not want to pull off into a parking space. McDonald’s response is to send this through their channels. We’ll I already have multiple times and they have done nothing.

I had posted a bad review a few months back but then I decided to come back and I ended up deleting my bad review just to post a positive one.
A young lady named Emily was taking our order and she was exceptional. She saved us about 10$ in total. And that is what you call customer service. She was extremely kind and patient. This girl deserves recognition. It’s not often you get good customer service like that. Thank you Emily you made my night

I’m here at the McDonald’s in Dayton, and I just have to say Jacob, the manager, was extremely helpful and truly a people person. It’s refreshing to see someone with such a positive attitude and genuine care for customers. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. People like him make the experience so much better a real example of great customer service and leadership!

Came in this morning for breakfast on our way home from Alabama. We had a large order and she told us she is short staffed. However, despite that our entire meal was out within minutes, not and fresh. The customer service was fantastic and nice despite being short staffed. The restaurant was clean too!

The manager lady is so toxic it gives me anxiety to even go in store to get my order which I prefer. I’ve tried being nice and patient with her attitude when having customers making her work. She slams bags on the counter, ignores me when I’m speaking to her and makes someone else come over to speak with me and stands in the background. When there’s not even any issues and I’m just needing to order like usual. She’s ran me away and out of this location closest to my house because I can even get mistakes corrected if she’s there. And there’s usually mistakes.

Make sure you check your bag if you go to the drive thru, they have a tendency to forget things. As of writing the I ordered a mcdouble and a 10 piece, I get to work and don’t have a mcdouble. Very sad

Was told I had to order on the kiosk so I did and I entered my table number as I was told to. Food never arrives. I go to the front counter to find out where my food is and it’s just sitting there with the ticket number attached matching my table number with five employees huddled around behind the counter, just joking around and talking. I asked why my bag has been sitting here and not brought to the table like the kiosk said it would the guy just looks at me turn back around as I was talking to his friends. I will not be returning to this location.

You might want to tell your employees to step behind a wall or something when they want to check their phone. Not very professional when people are waiting for their food to see someone not working and touching their nasty germ filled phone
