Just always takes long I’ve rarely gotten a order that was not jacked up no straws napkins wrong burgers
Then no one answers the phone small portions with the gravy in warmed or hard buns only reason there’s room for improvements worst thing I’ve seen talking with a door dasher. Tell me he had waited for the order 15 min and still had 15 minutes to drive to deliver food only making 4.50 McDonald’s these guys need to be get there orders before someone in the drive through srry but that guy as most dashers lose money from u directly taking orders doing other orders when clearly there order was placed 10 minutes before the cars that make it to the window and gone the dasher still waiting.??? I’ll review in 90days.
Not all visits have been bad 75% bad 25 % good

Idk what the patties are made of but they are not fresh nor do they taste like beef. Ordered one cheese burger, they put on sour pickle on it, like 15 tiny pieces of onion one drop of ketchup and one drop of mustard. This was the McDonald’s in Dayton by the children’s hospital on keowee Street I believe. Ronald McDonald needs to have a talk with his crew .

We enjoyed delicious strawberry shakes. However, my only concern is that after placing our order at the kiosk and receiving a number, the staff member simply placed our order on the counter without notifying us, so we were unaware it was ready.

Just today was my best experience coming to this mcdonald’s location. Usually from either 3 I’d get a rude attitude or them ignoring me. The person taking the order , the 1st , and then 2nd window. Today all 3 were super respectful and with beautiful smiles. Everything in the bag like its supposed to be. Thanks for actually doing your jobs you were paid to do, I’m tired of these kids who never worked a day in their lives acting like McDonald’s is the hardest place to work. (try farm work. lol) Keep it up team!!

Requires Delivery Drivers to stand in negative degree temperatures to pick up food instead of the drive thru like other McDonald’s locations and other drive-thru restaurants.

Other locations and restaurants allow use of drive-thru once lobby closes. This location should rethink their process, especially in extreme weather conditions like below freezing, snowing, raining, and other weather related factors.

And don’t be rude, especially when you ignore customer in the drive thru. Customers get upset when you ignore or skip them, especially when you help others that showed up after those that were there first.

I’d give this place -2 (negative two) stars if I could: -1 for waiting and helping others first, and -1 for not adjusting processes when weather is a factor.

NEVER coming to this place again. I don’t care if it was the last McDonald’s or cheeseburger place in the world!!!

Unbelievable experience! Ordered 2 McChicken value meals via drive thru. Looked in the bag and the 2 sandwiches were missing. Told the employee. The manager came to window and called my wife and I liars. Wife went in to get refund. Manager and staff called her a Karen. Unacceptable.

Drive thru review: Just went through to order breakfast for my family. They’re typically around 80% efficient and this visit was no different. Paid for an extra container of sausage gravy ($1.99!), didn’t get it. Syrup for my hotcakes, didn’t get it. I’m not running back in the pouring rain to have them fix something that should have been right in the beginning. Food is always fresh, but they never get it completely correct. NEVER.
