I got to the breakfast line at 10:14 a.m. this morning time I got to order it was 10:31 a.m. they would not serve me my breakfast.. your food quality is went down, your employee’s attitude suck. We used to look forward going there and having my kids and my grandkids’s birthday parties there never again… I’m not done with this yet, I’m going on Yelp and gathering all the people I know it’s had problems with this.. I am starting my own descrano group for 1032 McDonald’s at pinewood plaza… Your customer service sucks, latitude of your manager is you don’t like it go somewhere else… Your customer service definitely sucks and the employees have bad attitudes like they don’t like their job I didn’t tell them to work there… I’ve been on Yelp, and I definitely will be on there with my crew of about 93 people daily… I’m starting my own website just particularly about 1032 South Smithville road McDonald’s and the service that you lack in the rudeness and uncleanliness of the outside of your building… I’m in the process of notifying corporate now,

This is the absolute worst location. They are extremely slow and cant get simple orders right. Ordered a normal happy meal (nuggets, fries, apples) and a cheeseburger. They didnt give us the fries. And the picture below is the “cheeseburger”. Lettuce, ketchup, and a patty?? How do you even accidentally make that? No cheese or pickles. Do not go to this location, you will be dissapponted.

I know dang well they didn’t even try to Mix my ice coffee it was nasty then the person who took my order had no customer service at all yall managers who are working the floor need to do better it’s not acceptable for your crew to have ugly faces they didn’t even smile I literally spent six dollars on that coffee and I had to throw it away because your people acted like they were too lazy to do their jobs if they don’t like their jobs quit cause McDonalds is supposed to be about putting your customers first and also friend fast service it’s just disgusting how they act and how rude they are when they took my order I wish I could give them a 0

Yummy yum yumskers. I’m not usually a McDonlads guy, but this place typically makes everything fresh.
Some locations taste as if the food was left out for a few hours under a warming lamp and sent to the customer.

I use the drive thru approximately twice a week. I always order double cheese with no pickles I am allergic to all pickled items and when ordering I always state I am allergic. I still often get pickles on the double cheese and can not eat my purchased item. How do you make sure the the correct item is being served.

They couldn’t get a Mc Chicken add tomatoes correct. I stood in line for 20 min for my food to be remade. I wanted to enjoy my food with my kids but couldn’t bc they had already ate their food by the time mine had gotten remade . When I finally got it they gave me cold food. They also took the drink station out in the lobby. The manager also acted like I was bothering her just for my sandwich to have tomatoes on it . Something I paid for. I didn’t even get my honey mustard and one of the workers on break had to go out her way to get that . She was friendly. I don’t think I’ll revisit this location again. Sadly it used to be a great place to go.

Love this location. Very nice and easily accessible. Order from here on GrubHub often as well as have dined in. Nice staff and the food is always correct and looking perfect. Very clean dining area.

Delivery services from this restaurant through any provider are hit and miss. Mostly
Miss. Food is usually cold, sometimes stale. At times you won’t get the right items. You can order any size and unless it’s small, you won’t get it full. Unsure why service is so bad through delivery, it’s the same concept as if we were in the drive thru. I’ve been told some workers don’t care for doing delivery food.
McDonald’s corp doesn’t really care. They direct you to the delivery service like it’s the delivery person’s fault. I would just suggest using a service that will give you your money back when you get bad food. Sucks you can’t choose where the food comes from location wise when you regularly have problems.
If you go through the drive thru, you may not have issues. Depends how busy they are.

Got an iced coffee from them today. It tasted like spoiled milk. I only had a few sips before deciding something was definitely spoiled and tossing it. Now I have an upset stomach. Health department needs to check this place out. If they’re serving people spoiled food they should be shut down.
