when I first came to the drive through window, I said I needed a moment but then after a minute the person manning the drive through ignored any questions I had and didnt come back to the speaker to the point , I drove around and walked in. I placed my order at the kiosk and specifically asked for extra salt on my fries, which when I got my order there was no noticable salt at all. My husband got our order and asked where his cup was and the lady quite rudely stayed “they’re right there” and expected him to just grab his own cup. Didn’t get our sauce for the nuggets , same lady who was rude about the cups ,insisted she put the sauce in the bag but I searched the bag and there was no sauce , so she had to hand him one at the counter after he pointed out that the sauce was missing from our order.

Just pulled through the drive through. Waited quite a bit of time for someone to ask if they could help when they did they were rude. They didn’t ask for the rewards number, so when I asked about it, they were rude about it. We just pulled away. I can buy food elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I came to the McDonald’s here in vandalia. My double cheeseburger had 3 tiny curly hairs on the cheese. I lifted the bun and the meat to see the cheese and it was completely COVERED in black curly hair. All the girls there working today 12/19/25 have their hair up but are rats nest and no hair nets. It’s disgusting. Wouldn’t want to come back here if I were anybody else. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting

I stop here pretty regularly and have always had good experiences with the food and friendliness of the staff. On September 5, I spilled an entire large iced coffee all over the counter area. Not only were the people there really gracious, they even made me a new drink which I didn’t think was necessary but appreciated it. So whoever was left to clean up my mess on September 5 at 2:30 PM, I really appreciate you.

I frequent this location often on my way to work because it’s the only location that’s open at 4:30am. I stopped in today (11/20) to pick up an order that I had prepaid for through the app. I pull up to the speaker and get no answer. I waited for a minute and went around the the window where there was a lady standing there shaking her head indicating they were closed. At least post a sign at the drive thru stating that you’re closed or have the courtesy to tell people over the speaker so they aren’t sitting there. When I pulled away there was at least 6 cars waiting at the speaker. Hope my money gets refunded to my card. This location seems to have a lack of communication.

The girl in back drive clearly does not want to be there. sat at the speaker for 5 minutes with no one else in the drive thru with me just to be greeted in the rudest fashion i ever have been since coming to this mcdonald’s. also they weren’t accepting card so i took my business elsewhere.

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with bacon, got home and opened up my sandwich to find sausage egg and cheese bagel, no bacon. Paid extra for much less than what I ended up getting, and customer service was so slow while I was there that it didn’t seem worth it to go back and have them fix my order. Check your order carefully if you go here.

Female manager here is very rude. She should not be in customer service. Also- the latte machine is ALWAYS down every time I come here. Are you saying it’s down because you’re lazy or is someone really not taking the time to fix it? Take it off the menu if you’re not going to offer it.
