I ordered at 7:30pm and didn’t get my order till 7:50pm. On top of the weight my large iced caramel with extra caramel and cream and Splenda was just coffee and a little cream. Also, the fries were barely warm and had hardly any in the box. I am upset. This is not the 1st time this kind of situation has happened. Vary disappointing.

Every time there is always something wrong I’ve said something every time & nothing ever changes I asked for only mayo & pickle because i can’t have ketchup & here we are. The burger is all over the place & DRENCHED in ketchup & everything else.

Don’t ask to have anything added or taken off your order or they get mad at you and coat your burger in so much paper you can’t eat it. Then when you try and let the manager or DM know and show them pictures they won’t call you back. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else.

They move you fast through the drive thru so they hit their timer numbers only to move you to the overcrowded wait area in the parking lot. Then you still wait 15 minutes for your food. In 2 instances they gave our food to the wrong person creating a longer wait. Try explaining that to your special needs kid that is not happy he isn’t getting his food.

No one at the counter. The bathroom doors are locked so you have to get someone’s attention from the back. Went to sit down and the tables were all full of coffee grounds. The only person who was willing to help us was a younger girl on her break. Thankfully she got me into the bathroom but we did not stay to eat due to her being on break and the place being a mess.

During this visit I was hungry for McDonald’s big breakfast with pancakes. They brought my food out so quickly I thought maybe they were expecting me and knew in advance what I was going to order. Everything was hot and delicious. As a bonus, this place extremely clean.

Went on saturday december 28th around lunch time placed an order on the kiosk as always because you can never get costumer service at any scotts mcdonalds location. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come up to the register to expect our payment. Thats not even the problem the problem was the food was UNDER cooked and the store was DIRTY. These mcdonalds have no proper training at all.
