every time i order a meal, i get no straw. i ask for extra onions and never get it. what is going on i dont like many things thats why i order it a certain way. update, i went in today, asked for extra onions didnt get not one single onion on it half of it was cold the only thing that was hot and fresh was the fries. at this point i think they’re messing it up on purpose.

Never order a quarter pounder unless you want it pink. I understand they are cooked when ordered, but they should be prioritizing food safety over their service times, as I believe they pulled the patty early to make service times. I question even this though, because when I ordered it was 230pm, and only one car had been in line with me the entire duration I waited. As I drove away I saw there were no other cars in the drive thru line. I could *kinda* understand if they pulled the meat early if they were slammed, but they were not. The last several times I have ordered the combo meal, the meat has been pink inside to varying degrees. Today was the last time I’ll ever order there, the pics I attached don’t show how pink it really was. I had to rip apart my sandwich to find spots that looked cooked enough to eat. I didn’t pay 10$ to throw half away. The fries are only salted half the time. And if you ever have to pull forward and wait during busy hours, you may as well go inside yourself. They have 4 waiting spots, but will have half a dozen or more cars pulled forward waiting. No matter the size or contents of your order, you will be waiting for 10min outside. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. The only thing it has going for it is the service, even that is inconsistent; the younger workers always are polite, while anyone over age 21 seems to be bitter about their job. Do better.

I’ve lived in Fairborn for over 5 years and I’ve never got my food or just drinks (like this morning) at the drive thru window. The management there is down right stupid and must run the best drive thru times in the nation…pull up for coffee with no one behind me…you literally make everyone pull up and wait longer bc you want national ranked drive times…the entire management staff is horrible the only two good workers (that I’ve experienced) is Sheila the drive thru operator at the pay window and whoever takes her place when she leaves! It’s pitiful yall can’t just take and give an order at the window you will literally pull everyone up!!! Horrible service at the pick up window every time and it is always a BS excuse or “I’m just doing what my manager says” is the responses I get when asked why I have to pull up for an ICED COFFEE!!! Wish I could give a zero or even negative score bc there is no way yall average a 3.7 star rating!!! I’ll take the extra time and drive to Kauffman over being pulled up and having to wait for no damn reason. Get it together!!!! That “Reserve” parking is always full and the drive thru empty make it make sense….

Always having issues here…Every time we order from the drive thru we get pulled. Last time I got pulled there were so many cars waiting for food that they ran out of spots for us to park in and we almost got hit by another car twice. The next time we came we waited in the drive thru and after about 10 minutes no cars had moved, so we left.
Today I ordered thru door dash and all of our food was ice cold. The chicken nuggets were inedible and the store refused to remake the food.
I bought food from a competitor and will continue to do so from now on. (2 years ago, review updated bc idk how to use Google)

Really out here, handing out food with big things of hair in it. Like the employee didn’t see it. Let’s try harder, and not let something like this happen again. Because a blind man can see the hair. So at this point I think the employee doesn’t care for the job, and or did it purposely.

Would do 0 stars on all if i could. Worst McDonalds in the area. I’ve yet to not have an issue it a wait for my order shorted than 15min. Even for a small fry. Management is a joke.

Just ordered food through their app on my husband’s phone and didn’t make ANYTHING right. CHARGED US for extra pickle and didn’t give my any extra whatsoever. Pretty p!ssed off. DEFINITELY NEVER GOING BACK.
