I was doing a DoorDash for someone and came in a few minutes before midnight. I have delivered for this location several times before and knew the lobby at least was closed or getting ready to close. So I drove through the drive thru and was told that I needed to come inside to pick up the order. I patiently wait in line and then go inside to get my order. I am immediately met by this RUDE woman who cut me off and said “No… Lobby’s closed” and pointed to the door. I then explained I was just in the drive thru was told to come in for my order. She dismissed me and told me to go back to the drive thru. AGAIN … I go back through the drive thru and was then told they had no door dash orders at all. I understand that people have bad days and the store was closing and it can be frustrating because you want to go home. But someone there needs to tell that woman that if she’s gonna work around people…. She needs to work on her attitude BIG TIME. Totally unacceptable. I’ll be calling the store to make sure something is done if this review doesn’t do it. Be kind.

The customers that come to this location on a regular are absolutely ridiculous. On multiple occasions, while waiting on my order inside, I’ve watched people walk inside and within 2 minutes they start yelling and complaining to the manager in the most obnoxious way possible. These customers are grown adults. Despite that the manager kept truckin on. Cincinnati do better. Too many people in this town have straight up lost there humanity and its disgusting

The whole night shift here needs fired. I watched them ignore a DoorDash order for 45 minutes And didn’t come out to fulfill the order until they were closing. They was in the back talking, ignoring inside customers until they would walk off and leave. Corporate needs to watch the cameras and do a thorough investigation on their employees at this location because I have never seen anything like this in my life.

This place is a joke.. ordered a drink and got it with the lid maybe halfway on. Spilled everywhere. The lady at the window literally said “oh yeah I was having a hard time with the lid” ARE YOU KIDDING ME??! Why the heck would you hand it out to someone who’s driving when you can’t get it yourself. Best advice I can give this place is to use your brain next time..

The Manager (Black Woman with braids) was very very vocal about how she doesn’t care, speaking very poorly to guest in the store, in drive thru, and over the phone, even throwing the phone down hard enough to hear from the front lobby, with her leading by example it lead to a few other guests being treated and spoken to poorly, including myself, by a few different cashier associates, specifically the woman with blonde hair up in a bun. No one has name tags on and refused to give names of employees. My food was made incorrectly and all I wanted was that it get fixed and made correctly. And the amount of attitude and pushback I got for just wanting my food made right was absolutely atrocious. Very poor experience at this McDonalds.

It is SO important to read order notes. I ordered no meat and received a burger with not one but two patties. The ticket on the bag even says NO MEAT PATTY. You don’t know why people order what they order. There could be food allergies, religious reasons, health reasons – you don’t mess with people’s food.

15 minutes for a burger, which isn’t the end of the world, but immediately noticing the cold fries that have been in the bag the whole time was greatly annoying, nor was there any communication or apology for the long delay. But it is what it is, so I move on, just to find the burger wasn’t fully cooked. Now I’m no stranger to red meat, but red fast food meat is gross hands down. Unfortunately I found out the hard way as I clearly was eating it before realizing.

I’ve meant to leave a good review for this place for years!! They’re the fastest McDonald’s around, and the staff are great. Finally felt inspired to leave a review today.. I parked to wait for two happy meals and rolled my son’s window down because he wanted to say thank you. The young lady who walked it out to us was sooo sweet with both my kids!! Wish I’d gotten her name to shout her out. Love this location, I live closer to the Amelia one but will always drive the extra few minutes, that’s how good the service is.
