I went through the drive thru and ordered six nuggets. Opened the nuggets they were old and barely warm. Went inside and asked for freshly made nuggets. When I opened my nuggets they smelled burnt and they were very greasy. Instead of making fresh nuggets they dipped them in the fryer!

Checked in for curbside and waited 15 minutes with no one bringing my order. Saw multiple employees come outside for smoke breaks or to talk on the phone. Minimal cars in the drive through and no one parked as if they were eating in the restaurant. Finally went through the drive through and got my order. The total process took about half a hour. This was at 4pm, so not dark outside.

Today, the food was relatively hot (except for the chicken nuggets). Those with hamburgers said all was good. The fries were warm. The lady in the dining room was the nicest person. She talked to us and to the kids and helped get us a high chair. I wish I got her name to say thank you!

Went to drive thru…said “please wait” no one ever came back on. Parked, went in and kiosks are all down. One person visible is packing to go bags. Wait and wait, she yells at the back “can someone come help me” someone shouts back but no one comes. Finally takes my order and I am still waiting. If my autistic some would eat any other food I’d been gone by now. Send help here McDonalds HQ. Worker said the others went home and that no new people come for an hour.

Updated as of 7/7/24…….Upon entering, we noticed the taped signs at the registers stating cards only and kiosks only. Not all kiosks gave receipts. There was hardly anybody eating in the restaurant.But the restaurants tables were all left dirty with oil salt, trash, fries, ect. The fountain station was very dirty. The kids play area was very dirty. Caked on dirt was shown on the playground equipment. Also, trash and some girls hair was left on the floor. The return air vent on the side of the wall was filthy. Some of the workers do not know english It doesn’t seem. A couple different people were trying to get the attention of a worker, and they ignored them and began to speak to another worker in spanish. The pies date stickers were ripped off the box. And the pies were extremely stale and unedible. The mayonnaise on the daily double tasted. Strange. I’m not sure if the mayonnaise was bad or the tomato was. But something did not taste right. Overall, I do not recommend eating at this McDonald’s either by the drive through or inside, the cleanliness is not good and the food is questionable.

I was looking for a quick meal after work. I asked for a large Dr. Pepper with my meal, and while waiting for the food I took a sip and noticed it was Diet coke instead. No biggie, I mentioned it to the drive thru guy and he literally started arguing with me saying, “You said diet.” I said I didn’t, clearly said Dr. Pepper and flashed him the receipt. He literally scoffed in my face and walked away. Oh, I’m sorry I seriously inconvenienced you by asking for the correct drink with my meal that I’m paying for. I got my order and noticed the cheese was just thrown on the burger, not melted or anything and I had asked for no ketchup. Guess what: it was smothered in ketchup. I was too hungry at that point to not care anymore, so I left and went on with my day. Here we are approximately 6 hours later, and I have been at the toilet for the last 30 minutes so far. I feel so sick to my stomach. Usually I’m easy going because I work in food service as well. It’s not hard to not put ketchup on a burger when requested. I’m just so tired of McDonalds employees lack of common sense, argumentative tone, and customer service. I’m done with this location.

The smoothies advertisement is fake and the manager don’t care to help you and this manager she had no name tag so I recorded her. And some customer also had the nerve to make such comment about how the menu is wrong and how things are going to be messed up anyway. That was very uncomfortable to experience because it wouldn’t of happened like that at the drive thru as I arrived initially. And it’s also oddly strange how she the manager woukd rather throw away, waist and return my money then to help with the amount shown on the menu (advertisement)She was also on her cell phone while dealing with customers and food which is cross contamination! And it was such a inconvenience to come in and be treated such way when i first arrived at the drive threw in the first place yesterday and I was told that the credit card machine was down and to come in and use the kiosk. What a waist of my time and money, then the smoothies had been made very sloppy with drippings on the cup pouring down, and the young man walk away with no intentions on returning to ask if everythingis okay. No it wasn’t okay! I strongly hope that this McDonald’s realizes how rude and inconveniencing it is to customers, and it’s bad for business, and the manager was argumentative to other customers along with their children! I will make sure customers is satisfied and happy to come back if I was in the position to manage the right way, I’m not coming back to this location ever again ! And I hope this place has no customers at all !

This is the sixth time within 2 months that they did not open on time and I’ve seen people inside starting to believe I’m being targeted don’t know if they have cameras to see the customer at the drive-thru but this is getting ridiculous need to fire the whole place and start all over

My daughters and I were eating inside and it was awful. I shouldn’t hear anyone calling out someone for mistakes that they make. They were cussing behind the counter and made the atmosphere very unprofessional. The drive thru employees wouldn’t even look at me. They handed me my stuff and said “have a nice day” and shut the window.
