I understand that you guys are busy at times, but especially when I come at 2 o’clock, you guys shouldn’t mess my entire order up handle my credit card and then overcharge me for something I didn’t want. On more than one occasion.

Was here about a week ago for baseball tournament. CONSISTENTLY DELIVERED ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. I get ice coffees 3-4 times a day at my regular McDonald’s back home and they have never consistently made my coffees. This McDonald’s never disappointed! Customer service was outstanding during my 4 day visit!

I just experienced a bad situation with a racist gm women and her child who is a manger who do not like black people at McDonalds I stood in the lobby for over 5 mins waiting to be greeted and for my order to be taken not one time did they acknowledge me they all looked at me and kept moving and walked back in forth but the funny things is they wasn’t busy and I’m the only one in line in the lobby I waited patiently to be greeted and for my order to be took nobody came to the counter as I’m looking at them and they looking at me so instead of cutting up I walked out thats growth I will never spend my money in a place that has racist ways towards my skin tone on top of looking at me racial profiling me as if my money ain’t good enough or because I’m black I will now start recording situations like this and leaving reviews on places and people who have that energy I don’t care how you feel about me it’s your job to show respect and do what the job calls for the gm name is Joanie and her works didn’t even come to greet me or take my order

Every McDonald’s in this country has an ice cream machine down for a crazy amount of time or waaaay before closing. How about you try to clean them properly every time so they do not have issues and not shutting them down 2 to 3 hours before closing. I know you want to go home just like everybody does after work however if it is available on the app it should be available in the store.

I order a simple meal here on the kiosk for dine in at 2:33 and they didn’t bring my meal till 2:56. The lettuce was wilted and they forgot my fries too.It’s a Monday and my family of 4 are the only ones here. Never coming back here again.
