Went through drive thru , they gave me my food I had to pull up to wait for a holiday pie, I grabbed a French fry out of my bag and it was as HARD AS A ROCK and it was not EDIBLE , so I when they brought me my pie I politely asked if they could give me different fries , and they did , well once again I got these fries and they were HARD AS A ROCK and soggy like they have been sitting for 45 YEARS! And my double cheeseburgers were old they were very rubbery n not edible , I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS TO ANYBODY besides if you get a holiday pie because that was the only thing fresh! Worse place ever! Only thing good was pie !

This is what $0.30 of lettuce looks like on a cheeseburger. This is between 1/8 and a 1/4 cup of iceberg. They are asking customers to essentially pay $15-30 PER POUND for shredded iceberg lettuce. For context, shredded iceberg from major food suppliers is around $4 per pound.

McDonald’s is officially dead to me.

I will never eat at one of these restaurants again. I understand profit margins, but don’t spit in the mouth of your customers who are willingly paying for extras. This is the second location I have gone to with such dismal portions for lettuce.

Went thru drive thru with big order. Of course it wasn’t all there and what was presented was wrong. Went back thru drive thru, told them at speaker what was wrong. Got to both windows and still they had no idea what was wrong. Waited 20 minutes for 2 plain double cheeseburgers and medium fry. Manager was was exceptionally rude!!!!
UPDATE: Manager brought to window and announced she made it herself……I got a chicken sandwich, a plain double cheeseburger with burnt bun and more cold fries.

Fries and a Coke Zero is my normal order. Every once in awhile I will order a crispy chicken sandwich or a McDouble. So can’t say much about the food. It’s okay. They have messed up and given me the wrong drink multiple times. My fries have tasted like they sat all day. And the sandwiches are always missing something. My main complaint is I feel like they are scamming people. I have the app. Every time I try to use points or a deal they tell me they got it the code. Then charge me full amounts for items that should have been discounted or free. Then they will deduct the points from my account. Or they tell me “the codes not working” and then points will be missing. This is the only location I have a problem. Every other McDonalds I’ve been to the codes work perfectly fine and I’m charged the correct amounts. I have tried to speak to a manager but she was very rude, and the short version of what she told me was it wasn’t her problem and to contact someone else about it not working. This has happened about 6-8 times over the past 4-6months.

AWFUL. I ordered online pick up and it was BURNT to a CRISP!! This is a BEC bagel!! And it looks like a burger patty like that’s so gross!! Like clearly someone knew it was burnt, and didn’t care and sent that out!!!! I am so upset. Disgusting!! Don’t go here

Just ordered their new buffalo ranch sandwich. Please explain why it was extremely spicy. As if it was spiked with an external hot sauce. Your employees need to do their job correctly. Tampering with food could possibly end up worse if that was given to the wrong person. I would like your store number and your district managers information please. Your team needs more training.

Just disgusting! They always have something wrong with my order at this location. Today this is the coffee they gave me after I asked them to remake one that was completely white looking like it had WAYY too much creamer, and now it has a bunch of coffee grounds which might be even worse. Waste of $3.

Usually use the app to order my food for pickup and to earn free food. The breakfast is usually always great and the nice lady that passes my food out in the morning is always very pleasant!

I went to this location on a Sunday around 1:00PM and was mixed. On the positive side, the service was quite good—the app worked fine and I got my order quickly.

The food was pretty much what you’d expect from McDonald’s—nothing spectacular but consistent with their usual.

However, the cleanliness of this location was a real disappointment. Even though there were only three customers, including myself, the dining area was a mess. Trash was everywhere—on tables, under chairs, and even on the floor. It was hard to find a clean place to sit.

Considering there was a full staff working, it’s surprising they weren’t able to keep the place tidier. While I appreciate the good service, the cleanliness needs serious improvement.

The video doesn’t quite do it justice since I didn’t want to include any of the customers in the video, but you’re going to have to trust me that the rest of the dining area had trash as well.

LarderRoom…This McDonald’s has all the bells and whistles. They have a great drive-thru, kiosk ordering, in person ording and even order from the app and have it delivered to your table. The staff was busy but pleasant. The restroom was clean. I just ordered nuggets and fries, and it was promptly delivered to my table. Oh, and I alsontried the sugar-free vanilla coffee! Good! Overall good experience. I did get charged $.25 for a water cup, but such is life!
