Ordered Big Mac and large fries. Food brought to my table within 3 minutes. Big Mac was just as expected, in its classic messy and tasty form. Fries were fresh and they stuffed the sleeve full. Lobby was fairly clean and the service was friendly. Will be back.

Quarter pound burger and fries were nice and Hot.
I got a 6 piece mcnugget that was Luke warm, hard and dry. After 1 and a half bites.. i tossed them away. Don’t understand why food should sit so long to be handed out like that.

Never in my life have I been treated so disrespectfullly, they forgot one of my double cheeseburgers and I noticed asoon as I pulled out of the line, I went back through. And told them what happened and I was instantly met with so much attitude. Not just from one employee but multiple employees. Rolling there eyes at me, smacking there lips at me. All while I was being kind and understanding. The lady with the glasses and is pregnant at the window treated me like I was some theft thanks McDonald’s for a bunch of attitude.

What happened to all the fun? It used to be fun to go into McDonald’s to eat. Now its like eating takout in a hotel lobby. These chairs are terrible. The food was good,but they forgot my fries and i had to go get them. Bring back the drink stations and at least put some napkin dispensers around.

0 stars if I could. Came at 11:42 pm and they close at 12:00. Yes Ik it’s close to closing time but it was not 12:00 yet. I work in fast food so I get it but I was with one other person so they could’ve taken our order and given it to us in 5 minutes. There were also 3 other cars in drive thru , which then started to form a line because no one was answering the drive thru machines. Also went to try to go inside and the doors were locked. Just tryna get a cheeseburger and a fry bc I’m hungry. Lowkey lazy.

Terrible experience
I ordered a double dish filet made like a Big Mac and got a single filled with lettuce and onions. Manager very rude. I hate this McDonald’s. They terrible! They need to all go back to training!

This is the best and only McDonald’s that we go to. Always friendly and helpful employees. Food is always hot and good. Other McDonald’s disappoint us, but not this one. ALWAYS a good experience and good fast food at this location.

The order screens didn’t have add extra oreo as an option when we placed the order, so i had to label it special request. Additionally, they made the sundaes first, so by the time they made the flurries and got them to us, the sundaes were absolute soup. When asked what the special order request was and i was trying to explain, an extra oreo option wasn’t available they cut me off and rolled their eyes like i was such a major inconvenience to talk to…. im sorry your machines you have me working aren’t 100% tested before you put them out. All in all of the 9 McD my family goes to, we never seem to have this issue at the others. Just this one, so it has to be training and employees not thinking about the end product and experience.

Lady taking my order was not knowledgeable of the menu. I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, and she did it as an add on instead of the meal item B. The lady who took my money was very nice and did a good job. The woman who brought my food out to me was not friendly and had an attitude about her. Honestly I wasn’t even gonna worry about a review until I opened the box to eat my burger. Get it together!
