This place has been the WORST McDonalds. I recently went there because I was hungry and it was near the 24H laundromat. They made me wait 10 minutes for my order which was a No.2 and a $5 meal deal. Big mistake going to this one. As I waited staff made me wait for my order which is fine but I received the wrong order. I waited another 5 minutes because it was half of the order but when staff came I told them I received the wrong order. They replied with an Oky and that they would get my order soon. I waited another 20 minutes for no help till I had to walk in the store myself. Luckily a nice young lady helped me out and listened to problem. Just for her to give me my order that was still messed up as they didn’t add multiple items. If you want McDonalds go to another place because this establishment is messed up and they need training on how to ask for correct orders and not mess up these orders.

I normally dont have a problem at this store. But I went there today and ordered 2 burgers with onions and no onions on them. And I ask for bbq for my chicken nuggets and no BBQ got 2 ranch instead. Like I said I usually dont have a problem but idk whats going on in there today the girl at the 2nd window was really nice and same with the manager . But I didnt look at my order before leaving so I guess thats on me. The time was 3:30pm

Ive always been to this location later in the day so I was never really aware of how hectic things are around 3:00pm. Im guessing it’s because the school up the street ending around that time. The place was full of teenagers and yeah enough said.. I went inside since the drive thru was backed up and it wasnt any better. I waited for about 15-20min to get my order taken 15-20min to get my order and the whole time I was standing there people were coming in from drive thru with complaints about their order. I’d never do it again at that time and I’m sure that’s what it was becuase I’ve never had an issue here at any other time. When I got my order you can tell they rushed to make it and then I had to stand there again because they forgot my drink. The 2 stars was due to my experience at that time cuz like i said I’ve been here before later in the day many times and have never had an issue.

I visited this location this morning and they had a total of 8 homeless looking individuals camping out in the lobby area. Most were sitting back by the restroom which I didn’t feel comfortable walking into, could’ve been potentially followed in. You just never know with how things are going now days. However my food was good, customer service was just okay but as I was leaving out there were 4 of the homeless looking individuals out in the lot trying to purchase drugs. The seller parked his vehicle and walked into the entrance of the doors and proceed to serve the individuals! I called the store 4 times, the first call it just rung and the other 3 times it went straight to voicemail. I called corporate and was on hold for a total of 20 minutes then hung up. I plan on attempting to call the store again and report the incident.

5 stars for customer service, but honestly this last visit was extremely disheartening as a black woman. I come here often to grab something to drink and my most recent experience, I heard a customer being racist and derogatory towards one of your employees and screaming obscenities at her to the point he was hanging out his car window. She handled it so much better than I would have and maintained her composure and professionalism, but she should never have to deal with that at work. I’m really grateful for her kind customer service despite the technical errors with the store’s system and everything that man put her through and hope she and the rest of the staff know they are appreciated and valued. I believe this customer should be banned, I heard he does this often and is a regular with nothing better to do than harass hard working black women. Either pay these people more or do sum to protect them!

I ordered a curbside order in the app and simply never received it. I eventually went inside to inquire about where my order was, but nobody was at the counter to talk to. I wasn’t going to yell out to get their attention, so I eventually just left.
Obviously can’t recommend going to a restaurant that takes your money without giving you anything.

Fresh nuggets are the best thing ever ! The manager is always so sweet the young man with the dreads that works morning and afternoons awesome! The sweetest drive through attendance! Thank you ! 10 out of 10!

I don’t know what they got going on with the drive thru, it seems they don’t like to take orders and leave one lane hanging while cars go around you.

The workers are so lazy when it comes to doing Doordash orders. I had 40 minutes to dash my order, and no one made the food. They just did nothing so they could hurry up and close shop and I had to get a refund. There’s never any salt on the fries and they never put the sauce in the bag. Worst McDonald’s ever.
