This has got to be the worst McDonald’s ever, customer service is the the lowest of all lows. I run a very successful business and we have amazing customer service(that’s a main reason it’s successful)we don’t make the customers feel like they are a bother to us.I have had other competitions open up near me and my sales and customer count still rise I called the Store about my issue with my food and the manager first time hung up on me the second time she was extremely rude and then hung up on me and gave me a fake name but my dasher new her name from picking up there so much . I asked for corporate’s number and she hung up on me again then I caled a third time and she put me on hold and was waiting on customers and arguing with her crew then hung up the phone.The reviews show the issue with this store,McDonald’s you need to change the issue to be successful.SO PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THAT CHANGE. I will be going to Montgomery rd from now on

I came a week ago and they completely left a patty out of my burger (mcdouble). I tried again today and just gave up. The part that’s been super frustrating is their kiosk never lets me use a deal. It’ll take it, then give me a blank screen only for the app to think I used it. I then have to wait longer just to let the app reset and try to order face to face if they’re not slammed and ignoring the front or leaving one person to handle a crowd staring them down.
I only get 30 minutes between classes for food and I’m poor so I try to use a gift card someone gave me to get the cheaper food from here (which you CANNOT USE ON THE APP). Not being able to get the food out faster or having technical issues with the kiosks and registers leaves me starving on days where I work then go straight to class because it is taking so long.
It’s obvious the store can’t handle rush well. Cars lined up for possibly 30 minutes, while everyone inside is just waiting on orders that are nearly missed.

I’m a doordash driver and I promise you that you do not want to take orders from this McDonald’s if you’re out Doordashing. They will treat you like absolute crap and give you very strong attitude. You will be waiting to pick up the doordash order for 15 to 30 minutes every time. And if you ask what’s taking so long, they will tell you that they do not prioritize doordash orders! Even though doordash orders generate $16 billion of annual revenue. They will also tell you to wait and they will get to you when “they feel like it.” That is literally what the manager told me this morning. And it’s not much better if you’re ordering food for yourself. Instead of waiting for 30 minutes, you’ll only have to wait for 20 minutes. And you’ll get almost the same level of attitude.

It took me half an hour to get my drive-thru order today, which was extremely frustrating—especially as I sat there worrying I might be late for my appointment. To make things worse, when I finally checked my food, the patty was cold and the bread was burnt. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I get that there are busy times, especially for fast food. I ordered my food to be brought to my car before I left work. It took me 30 minutes to get to McDonald’s. I pulled up and put in my parking spot number. It was probably around 7 pm. I sat, waited, watched the drive thru cars in a steady stream leaving. I wasn’t too upset because it was busy. Well, then my phone app shows something telling me to relax and enjoy my meal. Um, what meal? It hadn’t been brought to my car. So, I decide to just go in. They are probably short staffed. I go in and stand at the counter. One employee as there and then went to the back. That was the last I saw anyone for quite some time. One girl walked in and went behind the counter. A little while after another one. We were not greeted or even acknowledged. Maybe they were just coming on shift. That’s fine. Yet, I ended up standing at the counter for over 30 minutes. I didn’t get my food until almost 8 pm. I had been at this location in my car and inside for close to an hour. I will give them this: they were definitely working down the drive thru line….but totally at the expense of the customers inside. A girl had come in at some point waiting for a DoorDash order to deliver. Her app showed the food as ready for pickup when it wasn’t even available for her TO pickup. When I left she was telling the gir who handed me my lukewarm food what her DoorDash order number was.
I absolutely understand being shortstaffed and busy. But that total lack of any customer service….there was no apology, no manager to check on the front, there was nothing. It was disappointing.

I have never been so embarrassed to witness a business run so poorly. What made the situation worse was the manager openly telling a customer that she did not know how to perform basic functions of her role.
As a manager, the last thing a customer should hear is “I don’t know” when it comes to handling standard job responsibilities. After speaking with her, I completely forgot the original reason I even came into the establishment due to the confusion and lack of leadership.
The drive-thru could not locate my order, and the manager was unable to cancel it, issue a refund, or provide the order inside simply because it was placed through the drive-thru. There was no solution offered, only uncertainty and wasted time.
This experience reflected extremely poor management and training. Customers should not have to deal with this level of incompetence, especially from someone in a leadership position.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and corrective action is taken to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

Usually not one to write bad reviews really just not a very friendly staff at all lady at the speaker was very short and rude and the lady at the window was not happy when I paid with change it was $2.04 and I give her 7 quarters 2 dimes and 2 nickels she was acting like I paid with all pennies

Food is better earlier in the day. After like 6/7pm, the food is trash. They always get the order wrong or give old and cold food, even after you tell them, they just give warmed up old food smh. Customer service is out the window. Don’t try to call either because they don’t answer, the line is busy or they pick up and hang up. We don’t have many options in the area and this what we get? Such a shame. Do better.

I ordered McDelivery. A cheeseburger happymeal, a 4 piece nugget happy meal, and a quarter pounder with bacon meal. I received:a cheeseburger, hamburger, mcdouble, a quarter pounder, and our drinks. I did not receive any fries, or nuggets, apple slices, or associated items with happy meals. The store says they are “100% sure” the correct order was placed in the bag (obviously not if I did not receive the correct order) Online support said they would give me a refund but when asked about the food I did not receive they ended the chat and blocked me from reconnecting. There is an issue every single time I have ordered from this store, NEVER AGAIN!
