I travel through Ripley quite often, as well as all over the United States. This has got to be by far the best and most consistent McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Every time I go the bacon is crispy the food is hot and fresh. It’s the only McDonald’s that actually makes the food look like the picture. Obviously there is some standards here and although a few bad reviews didn’t scare me away. I’m glad I tried this McDonald’s I will continue to stop there every time I travel through Ripley. Kudos to the management for sticking to standards

I stopped at this location on 11/12/25 at 5:30pm.
The person at the drive thru said “we make all the food fresh and to come back in an hour”???
I asked her to repeat it and she did. If they didn’t have a cook close it and put a sign out.

The Best MacDonalds I have ever ate at anywhere. My wife and I have family in Kentucky and have traveled through Ripley for over 10 years best MacDonalds in 35 states I have been in and Canada.

I came the past two Saturdays before 6am and McDonald is closed. There web site says open at 5am. I came through in the day time and asked for extra onions on my sandwich and they don’t even add onions to my sandwich. Dates 18th of October and the 25th. You guys need to do better

It’s was very hot 96 degrees, and we wanted ice cream, the machine was broken again. But the server gave us a drink on the house so this made up for the ice cream . But the flies everywhere, 3rd time we have been there and it’s full of flies. They have electronic bug zappers on the walls but none of them are turned on.

Don’t chance eating here! If id looked around before we ordered id walked right back out. Very dirty prbly the dirtiest place ive seen as far as a restaurant. Dining room was so disgusting I sat to eat my food and ended up throwing it away because of how gross the dining room was I couldnt eat the food. Others patrons agreed when I stated this out loud. Flies everywhere fly debris was everywhere, even on the hand sanitizer dispenser this place hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. Cobwebs and ants in the window sills also something that hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. I was so horrified I didnt take time to snap pictures, I left as quickly as I could. My order was wrong the cashier was unprofessional in how he handled it with his co-workers. Workers arguing on who was going to “help” the front dining room customers. Just literally the worst place.

I had an issue with my mobile order since one of the items I got was unavailable by the time I got there. The manager was super nice and accommodating about it. Just sucks a little that I was out a couple dollars since I didn’t get the customizations that I made on the app, but that’s my own fault I didn’t want to tell them all the crap I changed face to face lol
