One of my main issues with this location is the inconsistent pricing. I get a mcdouble value meal every time and so far have gotten 4 different prices depending on who rings me up. It should be $5 no matter who does it. During the summer there is quite often a house sly problem.

I come here often and mostly they get my order right. I don’t have big orders, usually. Now I have had bigger orders and a lot of times they mess them up. They do, however, give me a redo the next time I go in. I do love I can get points for free food. Just check your bag before you leave, they will make it right.

Literally the worst mcdonald’s ever, anytime I go to get my kids food they mess it up. Get home and then have to turn around! They worry about the drive thru and will take 20 cars before 1 person gets there food from the inside. How do you mess up a kids meal. They walk around in slow motion. Don’t look presentable at all. They look like they rolled out of bed and didnt even brush their hair. The only reason they stay busy is because there are 2 fast food places in goshen.

I don’t usually review restaurants, but this was by far the worst McDonald’s we have EVER been to and that’s saying a lot. We sat in their drive thru for over an hour today. There is a curb so you’re stuck once you get in line. Not only were we there for over an hour – not exaggerating – they still got the order wrong. Typical for this McDonald’s.

Ordered bacon mc doubles got no bacon
March 31 2025 cold food and super slow service
May 3rd 2025 super slow service. Didn’t give me a drink when I asked for a drink cup to get my drink. I got an eye roll and an attitude from employee. Which is ridiculous. Also the automated system on the inside didn’t give me a receipt. When I told them instead of giving me a receipt they just told me what my order number was. Ordered lemonade but found out you cannot get lemonade besides, behind the counter was not going to battle the employee that rolled their eyes at me over a drink will not be coming back to this location
July 4th set in the Drive-Thru after ordering for 20 minutes just for them to have to go back inside and get multiple missing items

Sept 14 this place is ridiculous I dont not even know why I even try to get food here. I didn’t order Fry’s they put them on my order I tell them I didn’t not want fry. They say ok and charge me for them and I get Fry’s.. idk if the drive through person is deaf I saidni want a coke zero and they respond we dont have Pepsi….
