The past two days at this McDonald’s have been nothing but a nightmare.

Last night’s visit:
I went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon double quarter pounder, 20 piece McNuggets, large fry, and large Dr Pepper. At the window they gave me a regular quarter pounder instead, and the meat was clearly old. This has happened multiple times here, almost like the cooks are too lazy to make fresh food. To make things worse, they didn’t even give me the large fry I paid for, and I had to pull forward and wait while they fixed it. When they finally remade the double quarter pounder, the meat was literally falling apart. I don’t know what they did, but it was terrible. Honestly, the meat at this location is usually bad, and the bread is usually stale.

Today’s visit:
It was even worse. The order taker had no clue what she was doing. I asked for the two cheeseburger meal, and instead of just ringing that up, she kept asking if I wanted two separate cheeseburger meals. She also didn’t know how to make the meal large. When I got to the window, once again they gave me a regular quarter pounder instead of a double, and this time I was missing my two cheeseburgers completely. After going back and finally getting them, I got home only to find that the cheeseburgers didn’t even have mustard or onions on them at all, so they weren’t even made correctly.

At this point every visit to this location feels like babysitting the employees step by step. It should not be this much work just to get a basic meal correct. There is clearly no management, no training, and no care for the customer at this restaurant. On top of that, the owner doesn’t even respond to bad reviews like a real person. They just copy and paste a link telling you to complain to customer service, which is just another example of poor management from the top down. And when you try to call the store, the phone never works, most likely shut off because too many people are calling about their messed up orders.

Final thoughts:
If you come here, expect your order to be wrong almost every single time. The food quality is poor, the staff doesn’t seem to know how to do their jobs, and the management clearly doesn’t care.

This McDonald’s is easily one of the worst run locations I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

I am not sure I should be leaving a REAL review, for I’ve never dined in at this location. I went inside once to throw something away because there were no trash cans outside, and the inside was spotless. Outside was too, and the drive thru was good unless you order a frappe. You WILL be asked to pull up 9/10 times. But, I UNDERSTAND that, and I’ve gotten good food consistently from here. Coffee’s hot amd fresh, too.

Warning: Do NOT eat at this McDonald’s.
This location served me food that was completely unacceptable. When I showed them the problem, they actually told me it was “only a little burn.” That response is unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows a total lack of care for customers. How dare you serve food in that condition and then try to minimize it.
This store needs serious management and quality control improvements.

I am very unhappy with McDonalds! I went yesterday with my granddaughter and everything in our order was wrong. I ordered at the kiosk and I guess they can’t read anymore because it was completely wrong. And why are they now keeping the ketchup hidden and they act like the money is coming from their own pocket when you ask them for some ketchup and the hand you 2 packets. And why do I have to go to the counter, wait for 10 minutes for someone to decided to come help you then takes 10 minutes to get a drink refill now? Why can’t I get my own refill like I always have? It’s getting ridiculous

Long story short: incompetent fraudulent stat manipulators who want $20/hour for $6.50/hour service.

Short story long: went to get breakfast today. Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, and substituted the fake microwaved from frozen folded egg for a round egg that is at least put on a grill. Got home, and the sticker was correct, but what I had was a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. Huh? I went back and got the right food. When I pulled up to get it, they asked me to pull forward. “Pulling forward” is a way to stop the QikServe timer, which determines how effective your store is at doing its job. Not only making someone pull up, but incentivizing it by having a third window is egregious behavior. They are stat manipulators and another word for that is Fraud. Terrible service, terrible business practices, terrible staff management and behavior. I will be reporting your fraudulent actions where they need to be reported to.

The people who work there are mean and definitely do not know how to work with customer service. Just mean looks and attitude through and through. I made an order and they charged me for a large drink, it was on the receipt, and didn’t even give it to me. I did not order that drink. I ordered a hot chocolate and it came with no whipped cream, and tasted like it was sitting out for hours. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend

I hate giving this review but I’m not driving to the store a third time tonight; their phones aren’t working so I can’t just request a credit for another day. I had to go back for the for a missed drink and cold fries. My bad that I didn’t check the rest before I made it back home. The chicken inside of my snack wraps were dark brown as if cooked in old oil and so thin they were dried out and inedible. Fast food costs too much for this to be acceptable.

WATCH YOUR TOTAL. we ordered 3 of the $5 meals (no upgrades) we were told total would be at the next window, so we didnt see our order. My husband noticed his tea was an upcharge then we noticed all drinks were. We were charged like $1.40 for 2 medium drinks instead of smalls and a bottle water when i only said water. Ring in what i order, dont upcharge people and be sneaky about it

Pathetic!!! Asked for a quarter powder cheese only. They gave me one with everything on it. I asked for another with cheese only. They take the sandwich back and give me another and apologize. I get down the road and open the box. NO top bun…. and there was onions still in the box. What the hell. Get your act together. Also ordered nuggets. They were not even look warm
