This location is absolutely wonderful. I had a mishap on the mobile app and the Manager Christina on the 10:30am shift was so kind, diligent. She and her staff. I have never been to a better McDonalds. Highly recommend

Asking a paying customer on a limited lunch break to pull over to a pickup spot is manipulation of accurate drive thru times. Falsified drive thru times is disappointing to actual objectives. Currently there are 8 cars waiting for their orders. I should receive my food as soon as I pull to the window after paying now I have to sit here for 10 minutes waiting on my meal. Very much a disappointment on this locations behalf.

I am not a big fan of McDonald’s for lunch or dinner but I do enjoy their breakfast. if you’re like me the springboro location is the place to go. McDonald’s breakfast at its finest!! I’d give them 10 Stars if possible. Keep up the good work!!

Last 2 times I’ve used the mobile app for curbside pick up, waited outside for 15 minutes and had to go inside to get my food. Asked for manager both times and she could care less never said sorry or anything. Told her I wanted owners info she said get it on the door on your way out. Asked for her name and she was really rude and refused to give it to me, said she didn’t have a name. If the owner happens to read this I would love to discuss more with him about what else took place. This manager and at least 1 crew member should be fired.

We placed our orders because we had two separate orders we got to the first window. They handed us our receipt which we always say no to and they force our sea on us because their surveys are down in the percentage then they never cash us out for the second order we get to the second one they pull us up to spot eight they get our sausage wrong. Our food‘s not warm forgot our drink. Everybody had an attitude and then yesterday when we came in the guy that was in the first window forest our receipt, almost throwing it in our face after we told him no numerous times.

I went through the drive-thu and the lady that took my order was disrespectful my fry’s where just thrown in the bag and wasn’t full neither I always go to this McDonalds and this will be the last time I go because normally I don’t leave reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Don’t go through the drive thru or DoorDash from this location. Go to the one by the Dayton mall. Nothing is ever right and you ALWAYS have to pull to the side and wait. Order just a pop and I’d bet they’d make you pull to the side. Heaven forbid you fill up fries or pop all the way. Smh.

Best McDonald’s in Springboro. The one closer to the highway has a smaller women that’s barely speaks English and treats you like a nuisance. I will go out of my way to come here
