Whoever was working 03/08/2026 at 11:36pm I sat in the drive thru for 8 mins waiting to place my order called 2 times went to voice mail. When I drove off to get onto the road they were all inside watching the windows for me to leave and the girl walked outside to her car as I was leaving. Super unprofessional and disrespectful I understand this is fast food but if you’re open till midnight then you should be taking orders till midnight. I hope they get written up for this. Don’t go here.

Super clean inside. Was really impressed. We planned on eating in but our food was bagged up to go. I love my Big Mac but why, why, why, why can you not use fresh buns? The fact that you give me a Big Mac with a stale bun is depressing. Why ruin it? Boo hiss. Give people what they want!!! FRESH SOFT BUNS!!!

DO NOT drive away from this Mickey D’s without checking your bag. I almost always have to hang out at the drive thru window to get their attention a second time because they’ve forgotten something. One time I ordered a big Mac meal and they tried to just give me someone else’s apple pie. Don’t feel rushed to drive on. Just sit at the window and tell them they forgot stuff.

Drive through didn’t look too full, pulled in for a sandwich before work. Ordered and paid quick. Then got pulled. Took 8 minutes from paying to get my food, and I know the pulling is to hide that.
Go to eat my sandwich, and there’s a sticker in it. I guess on the upside, whatever the sticker was on was good till 11:13…
If you can help it, go to the kings mills location. Fast, and good food.

The absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The staff is all rude, slow, and they talk bad about people standing at the counter who are asking for someone to take their order. The kiosks don’t have receipt paper, and there was never a person to ask for one at the counter the whole time I was there. They had 2 people that stood at the end of the line and put food in bags. Nothing else, and they couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge the growing line of customers. I would close the store and fire this entire waste of “workers”
The manager walked in while one man was on the phone with corporate, passes the commotion without even looking at any of the people, then just goes to work at the drive thru window.
The food was all wrong. They put 2 tiny pieces of onion, a huge glob of mayo, and pickles on my Daily Double. I ordered it regular with no lettuce. I didn’t order pickles, which are an optional addition. When I took it back to have it fixed, they gave me a single cheeseburger with mayo and 2 slices of tomato that looked nearly rotten.
After they messed up my Daily Double for the 2nd time, there were 3 people at the counter tearing into the manager and staff. One customer was given half of his big Mac. How is that possible?
I decided to just throw away my disgusting, wrong food and go home. I will not visit this location ever again. I doubt I will be able to stomach the thought of eating any McDonald’s for quite a while, if ever. You got my money this time, but it won’t ever happen again.
This store should be closed if this is the best you can do.

Not sure where to start! My daughter went through the drive thru tonight a little before 11pm and was told they where already closed. I looked up the hours of operation on the website it says drive thru open until 12am. So I called up there to double check and the girl that answered the phone was rude! She answered the phone said we are closed, close at 11pm, and then just hung up. We have never ordered from this McDonald’s before and we never will come back to try!! I understand it being the end of the night and wanting to get out of there but this is a corporate operation not family owned. Times are in place for a reason! Maybe a different style of training needs to be in place for this location because the reviews are not that high and it seems to me that the employees don’t understand customer service!

Either the lobby hours are incorrect on the door or the crew.Just opens them when they feel like it.I drive a delivery truck that is eleven feet tall and can’t go through the drive through.I arrived at six ten a m. The lobby opens at six a m, according to the door. I tapped on the glass because I thought maybe someone had forgotten to unlock the lobby doors. A crew member came to open the door, but as soon as I walk in someone is yelling from the back room. “Don’t let them in. What’s wrong with you? Why can’t you listen?” I left and ordered from the app.

I did a mobile pick up order. They had my large order out to my car within 2 minutes after arriving. Food was hot and fresh. I had all of my items plus plenty of napkins and sauces.

We were happy when this McDs was built. The first time we went they gave us the wrong burgers. We immediately brought it to their attention but they told us we were wrong! And they would not correct their mistake. We tried going again 2-3 more times, thinking maybe they had some kinks to work out being new. But every time the service was painfully slow and something on our order was wrong. BUT today was the last straw. The order number that flashed on the self serve kiosk screen (that you HAD to use) was 763 but it did not match the slip that printed saying you had to pay at the counter; that said 63. The payment receipt said order 263! It took speaking to 3 different employees before we were finally given our cups of water. Thankfully I was watching for our order because they had no intention of bringing us our order EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TABLE TENTS AND WE ENTERED OUR TENT #85 when we placed our order. They just tossed the bag on the counter and called out “order 763” however, NOTHING I had said #763 but I knew the kiosk flashed that number and I saw them load the bag. The bag did not have an order # slip on it so again it was a good thing I saw them load the bag and bring it to the counter. It gets worse. My son was immediately grossed out when he opened his burger because it looked like someone had taken a bit out of his burger. My other son’s bun looked like someone had pinched areas of mold off of it. My bun completely crumbled apart within the first 3 bites like it was extremely old or it was freezer burned. The food was cold and awful tasting. There seemed to be plenty of employees but nothing was getting done efficiently! We will not be going back.

No numbers at kiosk, mens bathroom the urinal and the toilet were clogged with paper. Floors all wet with urine. No condiments available at the station and napkins were scattered all over. With 3 workers walking by without doing anything to clean up
