Whoever was working on 2/16 at 9pm calling out orders was incredibly rude, not only to customers but also her co-workers it seemed. I understand that shifts can be long and tough, but that’s not an excuse to take it out on everyone else. I saw another customer simply ask for a spoon and she interrogated them on what they needed a spoon for and got angry. What was odd is that it there wasn’t a rush in the store at the time. There was no reason to yell at customers that she’s “only one person” when they are just asking to be served. I normally don’t leave reviews but I am because of how bad it was. Rest of staff is great. Please put her in the back.

I got food through the drive thru, a fish sandwich which was hard as a rock. Chicken nuggets that tasted old, and a medium fry that was cold. I asked for sauce and they didn’t put any. Along with that, the drink I got tasted flat.

Every time we try to get food lately, it’s messed up. A double cheeseburger is supposed to have pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, two patties, and cheese. I never get onions on mine — and the one time I actually wanted onions and even asked for extra pickles, I got two tiny pickles, no onions, and the meat was cold.
I’m not usually the type to complain, but after several times of our order being wrong, I’ve gotta say something. And don’t even get me started on DoorDash — half the time we don’t even get the food we paid for.
Just want what we ordered, that’s all.

Got a mcdouble literally just two burnt disgusting Patty’s. 1 single pickle and the tiniest amount of ketchup like literally this mcds doesn’t make shit right. Fries are always cold and soggy. If I was the one to pick up my food instead of my brother I would’ve asked for a refund its pretty sad that you guys did so bad on a 5 dollar order that I would even want a a refund. Ordered a large iced coffee through the points system. They gave me a medium. I mentioned this to the worker when he handed it to me. Lied to my face and said “that is our large”. My item is on the monopoly menu. No monopoly sticker on my “large” medium cup. Way I see it, they screwed me out of a chance to win. Employee didn’t want to give his name. Disrespectful behavior.

Horrible service, I waited over an hour and a half for my order I placed inside the restaurant. Doordash drivers came back multiple times and picked up orders before mine was even started on. After that wait my order was wrong and missing half the items, I only ordered one meal. Don’t come here, slow service and horrible workers. When asking about my order the manager called me impatient and was extremely rude. She also flipped off another customer and I heard her say she was going to spit in the food.
