I wanted to give a shout out to Logan, Manager, at Arbor Square in Mason, Ohio. He went above and beyond and assisted me in using the McDonalds app as I am lost with all these apps and how to use them. I am a bit handicap and he helped me carry all my drinks and food out. He ROCKS and he has excellent customer service . We need more customer service reps like Logan. He was so kind, sweet and patient while I was using your app. Pls give him so praise on how he assisted me with so many things. Ty, Logan. I certainly do appreciate you!!

I visited this McDonald’s on Thursday, December 11th at around 9:50 AM. I have slight autism, and I brought my emotional-support cat with me. As soon as I walked in, the manager approached me and told me I wasn’t allowed to have my cat inside. I understood and said okay, but she repeated herself multiple times in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

What made the situation worse was that while the manager had time to say the same thing over and over, no one seemed willing to take our order. Several employees were just standing around, and we were left waiting without being helped. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I understand rules, but the way the situation was handled by the manager lacked patience, respect, and basic customer service. This experience made me feel unwelcome, and I hope management improves how they communicate with customers and how their staff handles the counter.

Whoever owns the McDonald’s around Mason seem to set up their kiosks to deny in app rewards. Multiple times I have been to this one and the one by the Arby’s down the street and I try to use the any size free fries it takes the code lets you select the soda but refuses to pull up the fries section so you waste a code and can’t use another one for 15 minutes. The reward is legit from the McDonald’s app and you constantly refuse to honor it.

This is my favorite Mickey D’s location because one time like 5 years ago I came here late at night and the guy at the window was really disgruntled and he told me he didn’t care about his job anymore and then started joking about the McDonald’s just being a front for a slave auction house. I doubt he works there anymore but this is still my favorite location because I think of that and laugh every time. Thank you, angry McDonald’s worker from 5 years ago. Hope life is treating you better now!

I guess I shouldn’t expect good and friendly service all at the same time. There are only a few McDonald’s that I’ve been to that that you get it. The only reason I go to McDonald’s is to get the dog a burger.

Went to the McDonald because of happy meal toys. Asked for two different toys if we can. The register said fine but we end up with the same toys. Also didn’t allow to buy a different one. I am not sure what happened here. If they only have one toys at least can just tell me when they gave me food or when I order.

I inhaled my breakfast that I got from the drive thru in about two seconds. It was good! The workers didn’t seem the happiest but I don’t like mornings either so I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt there.

I placed a mobile pickup order and waited a long time, but I was never served. No communication, no explanation—just left sitting there while my order was completely ignored. After wasting my time, I ended up placing the same order at a different McDonald’s down the road and was served immediately with no issues.

Because this was an online order, I couldn’t even get a refund on-site. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Absolutely unacceptable experience. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and mobile order handling.
