The first person that we spoke with that took our order was super fabulous then the next lady we saw that took our money was great as well. But the lady who handed us our food was not friendly at all. She didn’t even say hi. How are you? She handed us our food without a smile. Without anything and didn’t even say have a nice day after I did, she was very rude. So the food was good and the first 2 people we spoke with were great, but the third person, no, ma’am, she was not

Sat at the order screen for 3 mins before someone said anything. Then had attitude while I ordered. Been 6 mins since I ordered and watched multiple cars leave for what I assume is the the reason I should have… I won’t be back. Only reason I’m still here is I already paid.

The last 2 times I went here they didnt give me the correct food. First time completely gave me the wrong order, then the 2nd time they didnt give me the sandwich from my meal. Completely dissatisfied, I dont have time to spend 25 minutes in a drive thru line on my 30 lunch break

Ordered my food, they had me pull to reservation 1 and no one came out even after all the cars pulled out the driveway. I only know how long i was waiting because it my deal icon said I had 3 mins until i could use a reward again……finally went inside and I waited another 10 mins….for 2 items. Whatever manager was there today needs to go. The other manager during the week is always great.

I only ever come to this McDonalds for their breakfast. Today I came in and ordered an egg and cheese biscuit sub round egg and griddle. I finally got my order and as I’m half way to my destination I realize they made the wrong sandwich (sausage and egg on a griddle) I turn around and go back and kindly tell the manager with the purple hair my sandwich was made wrong. She gave me an attitude and proceeds to open up the sandwich and say there was no mistake made. At this time I told her what I ordered and showed her what I got. I was told to pull forward. I got what I thought was my sandwich made the right way, all the find out it was the same sandwich I returned with cheese added (sausage egg and cheese on a griddle.) what I originally ordered was round egg and cheese on a griddle. There’s been a couple other times where I’ve had interactions with that same manager and often times her personality isn’t welcoming at all. She seems bothered anytime someone shows up at the window.

I don’t know what the buns or I did wrong . None of us can even eat our lunch because the buns on all 6 sandwiches are like this. I understand food prices are high but I still have to eat too. Food quality used to be priority but not so much anymore. People can’t just leave work and make second trips for their food to be fixed

They just need to do away with mobile ordering. Every time we do a mobile order here we have to change the pick up method to curbside because they can’t find the order. I don’t blame the people in the restaurant as they’re not getting paid enough to care but someone is making good money off of screwing people over.

Went to this location we were not given a receipt, we ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with 2 sweet teas were asked to go to the front window when our bag was given she didn’t bring our teas she had to go back and get them. The teas were very weak had to go back in to get others as we were heading through town we started eating our supposed burgers but there was no meat.
