Okay so I understand it’s McDonald’s, okay? It’s never gonna be great. But hair in the food? That’s bad. And they never give you sauce. The customer service is bad. The girl working the drivethru had a very bad attitude. And started arguing with us.
Was made to pull up from the window and wait for our food. When we got the food it was cold and had a weird taste. I would not recommend eating here.

i can’t give them even one star. went there tonight about 20 minutes before they closed. ordered 2 cheeseburgers value meal one with no onions and the other one with ketchup only. waited around 20 minutes in drive through. they brought something that resembles food. fries was really cold. got cheeseburgers. they only had cheese and big mac sauce on both and was very sloppy just wasted 11 dollars for the worst food ever threw it away. you can tell they didn’t care just wanted people out. awful place.

I went there for breakfast this morning. I ordered a bacon and cheese biscuit, they proceed to give me a sausage biscuit. Oh well no biggie everyone makes mistakes… so I go back through the drive through and explain the situation.. they proceeded to give me someone else’s order. So I went inside and explained the situation again… they give me a new sandwich.. this time it had bacon and egg on it, no cheese… the order even says bacon egg and cheese biscuit no folded egg. I understand if you mess it up one time, maybe even two. But three times in one order is just outrageous. I was in a rush at that point so I didn’t get to check the order the last time so I still do not have what I ordered. The even crazier part is, when I was explaining the situation, the worker brought out my food (for the third time) and her co worker asked and made sure there was no egg on it. And she said there wasn’t. This is just outrageous.

This McDonald’s has always been bad. Went tonight order 2 fish sandwich and 2 10 piece nuggets and 2 apple pies and they claimed I never pd for the nuggets or pies. My total was 15.98 gave the guy $16. After waiting 25 minutes on nuggets and pies they were still
cold. Then I open up my fish sandwich there is no fish on my sandwich but there is tartar sauce and mold on my bun. Now I had to spend more money on food somewhere else. This place is a joke.

Went in on February 11th 2026 and a little old lady came up didnt even acknowledge me whatsoever she was more paying attention to these other customers that came in while I was at the counter. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. You all have nasty as customer service

Service was crap bc they messed up my order. I order breakfast and had 4 sandwiches. An egg and cheese (was wrong, had bacon on it) two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches (only got one, and the other was a sausage egg and cheese) the last sandwich was correct. All was cold and so was our hash browns

Worst ice coffee ever didn’t listen to what was ordered and service was slow in the drive thru there was only 1 guy who brought our order out to us he was very pleasant and did his job with a smile unlike the rest of the employees it seemed like it was a chore to be there. Sales Associate Ian was outstanding and fulfilled my order exceptionally. The store closed at 11 and I used 1500 points for a free cheese burger. Even though the store was closed, Ian honored my points and gave me my burger. Thank you Martin Luther king jr blvd McDonald’s and thank you Ian!
