Went through (5:30am) a couple days later to get an order replaced due to the muffins being burnt hard black like a rock. Well guess what? Went about 5:30am the second time too and once I got home the replacement was exactly the same way. I called and spoke to the managers and they were extremely rude and when asked their names refused to give them to me. When asked for general manager she wouldn’t tell me when they’d be in. She claimed I was lying cause another new manager made my food and that the muffins don’t burn. I told her that she needs to teach their employees to recognize when food is not edible and stop handing it out the window. She refused to do anything about it at all. I will definitely be calling corporate on them. Even though you didn’t give me your name they can look at the date and time to see who was working regardless. Highly recommend not visiting this store. Very unprofessional. Look at the picture does this look like I’m lying???

One of the worst McD’s ever! I avoid this one normally, but stopped by (regrettably) a few nights ago and drive off after about 10 mins of waiting for them to take my order, while at the drive thru speaker. It took another 10 mins just to get to the speaker. My advice…go anywhere other than this McD’s. They are terribly slow.

I really hate to complain, but this location continues to disappoint. It always seems understaffed, the crew constantly appears rushed, and mistakes are just too common — from not putting what you specifically ask for on your sandwich to food that’s undercooked or not fresh.
To make matters worse, after 10 PM DoorDash drivers are often told to circle back around the long drive-thru line when the store makes a mistake — instead of handling it efficiently at the window. That’s not just inconvenient; it’s honestly unprofessional.
This location could be great with the right management and staff focus, but as it stands, the consistency just isn’t there.

I placed an order at 8:53 PM — order #1201 — which included a #7 and a #4 with Mac sauce. My #7 was fine, but the #4 was a disappointment. The fries weren’t just lukewarm — they were ice cold, like they’d been sitting out for a while, and the burger was barely put together. It had only cheese and a couple of tiny onion bits (see photo).
I live about 5–6 miles from the store, and by the time I got home, everything was cold and not even made correctly.
To make things worse, I was charged extra for Mac sauce and didn’t get it. I know it’s just $0.25, but that still counts — especially these days. I tried calling the store several times and never got an answer. I also reached out to corporate and still haven’t heard back.
Honestly, after around 3 or 4 PM, this location just doesn’t seem to run properly. It feels like the team working evenings either isn’t trained well or just doesn’t care. It’s disappointing to say that because I’m Gen Z myself, but this reflects poorly on us.
If you’re thinking about stopping by, I’d recommend visiting a different McDonald’s — at least during evening hours.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The food was old soggy and nasty. The employees were rude,obnoxious, hollering in the back at each other. When another customer complained, a lady in the dining room started arguing with her that the food couldn’t be old. One off duty employee cut an older gentleman off at the counter and kept going behind and disrupting the other employess. You need new managers there. Never be back and I suggest others skip this one.

Sat at the drive thru for about 10 minutes and never got any response so I went in and stood at the counter for another 10 minutes, workers would walk by look at me and keep walking, finally yelled for a girl and I ordered . Of course when I got home they forgot a sandwich. I never called or went back, I’m just done with that McDonald’s

Will be my last time at this location for sure because how the night shift manager yells at me from across the store as I’m refilling my Coke asking me if I bought it or not as I’m holding a McDonald’s cup in my hand. After I asked her if she wanted to see my receipt where I had just went through the drive-thru and ordered $15 of overpriced food she proceeds to tell me that if you go to the drive-thru you’re not allowed to get refills on your drinks. To treat your customers like that and to belittle them in front of a whole lobby full of people is very uncalled for an unprofessional. i would of gave 0 Stars but it wouldn’t let me post this so 1 star and she don’t deserve that.

Went around 12:15am. Ordered a $5 meal deal. It’s supposed to come with a double cheeseburger and 4 nuggets. Surprisingly the shake machine was working. I felt lucky because instead of 4 nuggets I got 8, but they were ice cold and the burger had tomato, mayo and lettuce…? So I’m pretty sure she just gave me whatever was there, but she was so polite about it I work in fast food. I don’t understand why people can’t just give the same service they would expect ♀️
