Literally the ABSOLUTE WORST McGarbage I’ve ever been to. I ordered a coke and a single cheeseburger. Not only did I have to wait in line for TWENTY MINUTES, they completely screwed my sandwich. Half the bread is stale as a rock, no onions, ONE pickle, and no mustard. First time I’ve been in 4 months. Definitely NEVER going back again.

McDonald’s is butchered. 1/2 of all the safe parking is taken up for mobile order spots. They charge sit down casual restaurant pricing yet when you try to go in and eat inside they slap it in a togo bag and suggest you just take it to go with suggestions of drink carriers and no tray. Once you drag the slop to a dirty table it feels like a BMV waiting room. Ray Kroc is rolling in his grave.

The experience I had here felt surreal. I ordered food on the app at 10:24 am. I live nearby, but just wanted the food to be ready when I got there (like most people would assume). I arrived at 10:31 am, went to the drive thru and gave them my code. The associate explained to me that they can’t make my order now because it was after 10:30. I explained the entire reason I ordered ahead was to have it ready when I got there not have them make it when I got there. The app literally says “we will make your order when you’re close”. She said there was nothing they could do. She then told me that I have to go on the app and cancel myself and that it would be refunded in 2-3 business days. Instead of the manager coming to deal with this, the manager sent another associate to deal with it which shows that McDonalds literally doesn’t care about their customers anymore probably because of their scale. I know that my small contributions to McDonalds makes zero difference in their profitability, but it’s actually crazy to me that I ordered and paid ahead of time only for them to tell me that they can’t make my order because I got there 1 minute late. Meanwhile, I have to spend time now checking the status of my refund, my kids didn’t eat the breakfast they wanted, all because they couldn’t make an order that I already paid for.

I used my McDonald’s app to order my food and app accidentally ordered for counter pickup
When I pulled through the drive thru to pick up my food, the person on the drive thru window told me that I didn’t have an order
I showed them my app and they told me that the order was placed for counter pickup and I would have to park and walk inside that they couldn’t help me
Finally a girl on the main counter heard me upset and told them to tell me to pull forward to the front door. She grabbed my food and brought it to the car to me
I told her that I was going to suggest that they upgrade her to being a manager position since she was the only one who understood how to help a customer feel appreciated!
By the time that I got through thos terrible experience, my food was cold and I through half of it away.

McDonalds:
Line took 2hrs…or at least it felt like it because this was supposed to be my family’s start to our 9hr travel day. The drive through line hardly moved and the workers were dancing around to music inside. The dining room dude was doing his job sweeping the floors while everyone else was partying.
Why is the flag at half staff?? Siri didn’t even have a reason!!
McCrispy strips are back BUT when I asked for Crispy strips they had none!!
We got our own personal delivery boy when he came with our coffee, he opened the door without our consent.
Eggs were gray .

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s. My experience today was horrendous and I can’t believe I spent money on it. First and foremost, I sat at the order screen for 10 minutes without being addressed, while the second line moved along. Second, the app (continues) to not work – not really that branches fault but annoying nonetheless. Another 10 minute wait for my food – 3/3 drinks were wrong, my cheeseburger was wrong, and I was missing an entire quarter pounder. They fix the drinks and take the cheeseburger to fix. Bring back the correct drinks and the two burgers. I get home and the cheeseburger that they “fixed” and brought back was STILL WRONG. Top it off with everything being cold. Save your time, save your money. Pick literally anywhere else.

Some of the better French fries I have had at McDonald’s except they can’t fill them all the way. They actually have salt and taste good. There was no sweet tea or Lemonade. And for some reason they give double fries by default in the kids meal instead of fries and apples. No other McDonald’s does this.

Seen them give my order to the person in front of me I pull up and they realized what they did so I pulled up to the other window to wait on my food. I had ordered a med mocha frappe and they didn’t even fill up the cup, the person who got my order in front of me had the whip cream coming out of the top of the cup. My sandwich was over seasoned as well and I ended up throwing it away. I hate going to this McDonald’s.

This is the worst McDonald’s imaginable. This so-called “fast food” is nothing but a joke on customers. No matter how hungry you are or what time you come, the result is always the same — endless waiting. The service is terrible, the staff work so slowly it feels like they don’t care at all about the people standing in line. And this isn’t a one-time problem — it has been going on for years. The owner of this place either doesn’t care about his business or simply doesn’t realize he’s losing it. Right across the street, Burger King and Wendy’s will serve you faster than this so-called “fast food” ever will.
