I’m currently writing this review in the parking lot waiting for my order. I ordered through the app at 10:03. It is now 10:40 as I’m writing this and have still not received my order. *UPDATE* I waiting another 10 minutes before I had enough and went to the drive thru. Apparently more order was ready and had just been sitting there, when I finally got my food it was cold. I also received zero empathy or apologies from the staff. Would rate zero stars if I could.

It’s usually pretty good here but this morning my bagel was burned and there was no egg on it, ordered extra breakfast sauce on it and barely was any. I grab this on my way home from time to time and it’s a half hour away. Wasn’t driving that far out of my way to get it replaced. Very disappointing

Forgot my order in the drive thru. I just sat there in the parking area they told me to be in. After a very long time, I walked in to check on the order and heard someone say they for got my order. Then when they gave it to me I didn’t get all the sandwiches on the order, but couldn’t stop to count everything because I was late.

Most people only do reviews if they’re really happy or really upset with a place of business.
Generally, your workers are typically cordial and friendly. This morning, the guy at the first window taking the money was nice and friendly. The girl handing out the food however didn’t offer a drink carrier for the 3 drinks I ordered. When I asked for one, she didn’t answer and just proceeded to hand me the drinks. I asked again and she said yes, while still handing me drinks that I had to sit in the seat of my car. I ended up fumbling with all 3 drinks to eventually put them in the carrier that she handed me. I’ve never had this concern with any other employee.

This location is as you would expect. I’m always a little surprised when the crew gets my custom order correctly. Double cheese, pickle, and onion only. You’d be surprised how many ways there are to get that wrong.I don’t understand how the architect allowed them to build sewer access panels between the 1st and 2nd drive-thru windows. By the time you get your food, you don’t have the stomach for it.

The ordering screen was broken outside at the drive-through floors were dirty in the building and the tables were dirty. Had Stratal wrappers all over them. We waited 30 minutes to get our food.

Probably the worst mcdonalds I’ve been to. They mess your order up 50% of the time. If its correct its made terribly.
