It’s usually pretty good here but this morning my bagel was burned and there was no egg on it, ordered extra breakfast sauce on it and barely was any. I grab this on my way home from time to time and it’s a half hour away. Wasn’t driving that far out of my way to get it replaced. Very disappointing

ordered the biscuits and gravy and asked for the biscuits and gravy separately, because i’m gluten intolerant and my bf wanted the biscuits and i just wanted the gravy. that didn’t happen. now we have to go back out to the store or another restaurant for me to find something to eat. thanks mcdonald’s, you’re doing real great! i know the other ones haven’t ever had a problem with that request before.

Drive through to get so something to drink. At the window found out the frozen drink wasn’t working and had to refund. Asked for unsweetened tea and after leaving for dinner it was sweet. How do you get both wrong? Could have told order window no frozen drinks. Only way to get refund was bring it back…too far to drive. Reason for drive-thru is to save time. Either check before you leave or just don’t go. This is 3rd time messing up order. Third times the charm.

The night shift has the rudest people working, like seriously, doesn’t anyone get held accountable here? We will no longer be going here. I don’t know why I’m wasting my time even writing this knowing nothing will ever change so I’m just trying to warn others. Dont bother!
