Expect to get pulled up everytime you come
Through the line . No sauce or condiments will be in the bag . I’ve been here over 20times so I’m not speaking off 1 experience . All the workers laugh and joke and can barely understand anything on the headset because they are clearly joking in the background . Big girl with the braids has an attitude about anything you ask . If I could give it zero I would . Fries are not filled to the brim . Might as well have ordered a small . Management clearly cares about fake speed of service instead of satisfying customers .sandwhich look like a sideways burger because it was just thrown together .as a ex fast food employee this is complete garbage you serve to the great tourist of Sandusky .

We come here every Sunday. But I guess we will go to Wendy’s from now on since we pulled up to the drive through to order and got told by the drive through employee that we didn’t need to make our order just because we were talking amongst ourselves as we were waiting to order. You just lost our buisness

Another 3-star review that would have easily been a 5 had there been attentiveness to the dining room and cleanliness. In the 15-20 minutes we spent in the restaurant, there was a table with a previous guests’ trash and dirty drink station. I watched as multiple team members walked right past each issue without correcting it. It would have literally taken 30 seconds to pick up the trash and wipe down each area. The staff was friendly and the food was quality, but please address cleanliness.

We went through the drive-thru and there’s two lanes when we went to order the lady had a really cocky attitude and then three cars in the other lane were waited on We still had not waited and then she proceeded to yell at my daughter saying that she’s just going to have to continue to wait because there’s a lot going on.. We will never go there again there’s no reason if you’re in a service industry that you should have a cocky attitude with the people who are trying to purchase from you.

So I know the owner that bought this also owns the one on Perkins Ave. That being said, she is so greedy that the prices you will see here are only lower than an airport Mcdonalds. Do yourself a favour and go to a sit-down place like Applebee’s or Chilis, you will get more food for less money. Absolutely overpriced and will never go back to these owner locations.

Be very careful not to let them scan your credit card. I was 100% skimmed from them twice. When it happened the first time I wasn’t sure who did it after that card was canceled. The new one was sent. They were my first order for breakfast before work later that day I was flagged for fraudulent activity will never go back.

I used the drive-thru, the old lady with the glasses was very rude and made negative comments about me while shaking her head to the person she was training. She thought I couldn’t hear her. I had my 10 yrs old with me so I just said thank you and drove away. Just another costumer they lost & don’t care they lost.

Listen. I usually really like this location (hence why I’m giving 2 stars). But I do not like driving back 3x because my order is wrong. How hard is it to make a mcchicken? Yall literally put a cold chicken breast between 2 crusty buns. Didn’t even bother to put some mayo. Gave me the wrong drink and didn’t fix it. Gave the wrong sizes TWICE. Like. Come on. It shouldn’t be this hard. I honestly think yall are just stealing peoples orders at this point. I ordered a McChicken meal and a quarter pounder meal which were never made correctly. Baffled. Gave 3 opportunities to make it right and still couldn’t do it. Then the manager wants to give a coupon for a free happy meal. What am I supposed to do with that??? Smh. Refund my money if you can’t make it right. And pay for my dang gas.

I’ve went through quite a few times for a burger. I order mine to be only ketchup as I am allergic to onions. I even mention my allergy and every time I have received a burger with onion on it. It’s disgusting that I have to worry about dying because people are inconsiderate
