Super cold this am as I made my to Cleveland OH, & now Buffalo NY.

Food was good as always and I love my McDonalds.

My breakfast was delicious, but I can’t say the same about the drinks. I ordered a hot chocolate and it had no flavor. Not wanting to complain, I bought a soda and it didn’t taste like soda; it tasted more like carbonated water.

I hardly ever have a good experience at this McDonald’s. Service is very poor, like you as a customer are a complete inconvenience to them. This is the closest one to my house so it’s more convenient but because they constantly mess our orders up and just simply don’t care and are rude we don’t usually get food from here. I usually will grab a coffee and maybe a pie (if they have it or feel like making any).

I can definitely see why they are hiring for “ premium pay” everyone there can’t get 2 sandwiches correct again I’ve said it before but these people want to be paid $20 an hour with a $7 an hr mindset they are dis organized all running around like a chicken with its head cut off at this point gas station food is a better option at least I know what I’m getting unlike here I get what ever thy give me doesn’t matter they got it wrong

If you like giving away your money and not getting what you ordered this is the place. This is my local store and 100% of the time something is wrong or completely missing. Today it was missing 3 hashbrowns. Thursday we ordered a sausage bagel sub round egg, got a bacon bagel instead (which is cheaper). Feels like robbery, McDonald’s is supposed to be a safe bet:(

If you’re looking for a lesson in how not to run a restaurant, this McDonald’s is the place to go. We were almost charged nearly triple for our order, waited over 20 minutes, and were treated to a live performance from the manager, Brooklyn, who spent her time yelling at staff, customers, and even throwing food bags at delivery drivers.

When I politely asked how much longer my food might take, I was told (loudly) that if I didn’t want to wait, I could just get a refund. Twice. Very welcoming. By the time I did get my order, the fries were only half full — which was fitting, since the effort here feels about half full too.
I understand this is McDonald’s, not fine dining, but basic courtesy and professionalism shouldn’t be too much to expect.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this location. I wanted to share where I placed a counter order through the app, which I expected to expedite my visit. But, faced a prolonged wait that tested my patience and also seemed unnecessary.
Despite my fries being ready, it took a long time to for my smoothie to be acknowledged. Ultimately, I found myself waiting for the manager to step in and address the situation. All though I did appreciate the manager’s intervention, it shouldn’t have come to that.

*** I would like to add I had a very troubling experience at a McDonald’s location in Kansas. While I was with my 4-year-old daughter, I voiced a justified complaint, but the staff responded by calling the police, which escalated the situation unnecessarily. This resulted in legal fees of $1,500 for me. I believe businesses should handle customer complaints more effectively and without involving law enforcement unless absolutely necessary. I placed my order on the auto service computer and it asked me to type in the table sign number. But there were none. I had to ask around to find out that I should type any number! And there were no napkins or ketchup available. Staff was so busy and lines so long that I didn’t want to go ask again.
