Lunch rush was unprepared. Went through the drive thru. They had 4 cars pull forward to wait. I went inside while waiting to use the restroom. Employee stated the line wrapped the building and the lead stated she didnt care that they can sit and wait if they want their food.

Fries were stall and dry absolutely barely any salt, Ask for sauces twice didn’t receive any in the bag, the nuggets were very very mid, burger was very messy poorly made, was sitting at the first window for awhile eventually jus pulled up where we were then sitting for 10 mins I wouldn’t have complained if the food was at-least somewhat good but I was very disappointed never been to a bad McDonalds til today step up your game bellevue.

Be very excruciatingly specific about your orders and check them before leaving the window. The drive through lady insisted she was right about my order (which I had explained politely and thoroughly), got it wrong, I circled back and they said there was nothing they could do unless I bought ANOTHER sandwich in very rude and condescending manners. I don’t usually get angry at food workers because I understand them but wow.

I wouldn’t be leaving this review had they at least been apologetic for the mistake. I live near by this location. I can tell you that you better check your order every time! I would say that approximately 89% of the time they get the order wrong. No matter how simple the order is. It amazes my school taxes continue to go up & yet these kids they employ cannot understand basic instructions & definitely don’t understand basic math. It’s literally not worth the aggravation to go in there. I’m an over the road trucker & this is definitely one of the worst franchise McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. If you go speak slowly & double check your order.

I will never understand how you can get a different kind of coffee at EVERY McDonalds. It’s worse than Dunkin! Which is BAD. How do you charge for extra caramel drizzle and get this??? This coffee has ZERO flavor. ZERO caramel. And ZERO coffee!!

Awful service! I ordered a breakfast sandwich with a hot mustard dipping sauce (great combo by the way) through the McDonald’s mobile app like I do all the time. When I received my order they made me pay for the hot mustard after I already paid for my order through the mobile app that said the sauce is free!!!
I have done this at many other local area McDonald’s and I have never run into this issue

Got two breakfast sausage mcmuffins and one sausage egg and the mcmuffins were hard and I would have never handed them to a customer. First of all would have thrower them away it was like they were left out in the air too long.
