I’m writing about an employee named Netty. Honestly, the service is becoming a real issue with her.
She never seems to make my coffee right, and she doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing half the time.
Beyond that, her attitude is terrible. Every time I’m in, she’s either standing around not working or I hear her loudly talking about quitting or how much she hates her boss. It just makes the whole place feel unprofessional.
She isn’t friendly at all. It really makes for a bad experience, and I hope you can talk to her about her customer service and attitude.

Only gave 2 stars so that this is not pass on. Ordered 2 of the new chicken sandwiches, one regular and a spicy. A large fry and a large drink. Had to wait for my order in which wasn’t the problem. Once I drove off I started to eat the fries in which were mixed with fresh and old but dealt with it. One I got home decided eat the spicy sandwich first to compare to the other restaurants and bit into a raw piece of chicken. Chicken is not supposed to be elastic and gummy. Call and they said they would remake it, but just asked for a refund

I would always stop here with the rollback because of the good location but mostly because of the semi parking.
The food is always good but you usually have the be patient with the staff. Its been more than once I would wait at the counter and the cashier would be standing with their back to the costumers. And make sure you are very clear what you want because the accuracy isn’t the best.
The staff has always been very friendly though, but maybe that’s because I am to them.

This place has went down hill fairly quickly. Ordered 2 drinks. Sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes before I finally went inside to get them. Last time ordered some nuggets and fries. Took them almost 45 minutes. What happened to fast food? At these wait times and prices you’re better off to go to a restaurant where you’ll actually get good service and decent food.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Went to this McDonald’s today got a large iced mocha for $4 when I got it, it had no ice no cream and no sugar no whipped cream and no chocolate drizzle, when I took a sip it was warm and was straight black coffee with mocha syrup. They didn’t even get the right coffee I paid for, if I wanted it they way they gave it I would’ve order a large iced coffee and paid half, price isn’t the deal, their service isn’t good and they don’t make the coffee the right way I’ve given this McDonald’s a bunch of chances to get their stuff correct and it’s the same every time I go to a different McDonalds on the way to work and it is perfect first try no problem. This McDonald’s pulls you for 1-2 items and you sit there for 10 minutes waiting on them, I’ve never had such bad service and quality anywhere I’ve ever been, this needs to be fixed and they need to get their workers in line with what people are ordering. I will never be going to this McDonald’s again
