Sometimes you get lucky and you go to McDonalds and the food is hot and your order is correct. Your fries are that perfect golden color because they weren’t cooked in old grease. And somebody working there put just the right amount of salt. Not only that but your small fry is so full it looks like a medium. Your sandwich is put together, everything lined up and your mayo isn’t all over the bun and wrapper.
I just know that McDonalds puts fairy dust on their fries because how else could they make us so happy? And on this night I got lucky. I got the best McDonalds I’ve had in a long time. It’s the little things in life, you know?

They need to turn off doordash and uber eats orders if they can’t handle the customers actually there. I sat in the drive thru without movement for close to 5 minutes before going inside. Placed my kiosk order and it took over 20 minutes to get my food. I heard someone say they had 30 orders to work thru.
Understaffed, one lady was working 3 stations. The only good thing I can say is that the food was better than some other McDonald’s locations I’ve been to, but the wait overshadowed that.

Im Actually Shocked.!? Finally!, i Can Now Give this Location Mcdonalds A Good Review.!? Litterally , Shocked!? Great Job , Mcds. GOOD job! Food was Great and We enjoyed it. Today, I got a filet-o-fish meal, or #6. The service was not great. I get it that kids today don’t want tonwork, but try to act like you don’t hate your life when you’re the face of the company to the public. The service was fast, considering the time of day. What got me today is the lack of understanding how a sandwich is supposed to be. This is why critical thinking and building blocks were offered in kindergarten and such. It’s not hard to stack things, I would assume.

I made an app order for a breakfast burrito and a large coffee. I pull up to the speaker after a 10 minute wait just to get there. I give my app code. They said they just ran out of burritos. I pull up to the window, the lady tells me they can make me one but it will be about 5 minutes. If they run out how can they make more? I said I dont have time since waiting in their slow drive thru line is now going to make me late for work. So I only got my coffee and was two minutes late clocking in. I will never use this location again.

I don’t know why I still even bother with fast food. We were missing one double cheese burger that we paid for. But no harm no foul the meat is old, dry and black. The mcchicken didn’t even have mayo on it. My money back would be fantastic!!!

I ordered a vanilla milkshake and it had moldy-smelling caramel (?) On the side of the cup and lip. It seemed that they had given me a used cup, and along with their food it tasted old and the cheese on the burger i ordered tasted sour. Not the greatest, I feel sick after eating it.

Worst McDonald’s. They turn off the lights and refuse service of almost every kind around 9pm. Sometimes they will offer a drink, but most of the time not. I have been there at 9:30 and told they have no iced coffee, been there at 10:45 and told they can only serve drinks, and it always looks closed down with almost all of the lights off after 9.

I refuse to return to 17th street Sw location. They refuse to take orders an hour before they close, most times the food is old dried out and cold. I’ve always gotten my little dog a small cup of whip cream when we go to McDonald’s and they’ve always aloud it, no suddenly they are not aloud due to a new general manager.
