The best McDonald’s I have ever had in my life lol. Our meals were super hot and fresh off the grill! Fresh hot fries and sweet iced tea! Now that’s what I am talking about! We never eat at McDonald’s over the road, but we didn’t want Subway or Wendy’s lol. Great job ladies!

Get your gas, some McDonald’s and hit the connected convenience store if you need extras. Suppose it’s a great place for a quick stop. Clean location and quality food, but the service was lacking. Nobody wants to be up front, especially the young blond. She would put drinks up for orders and quickly go back to the back. I just asked for 2 waters so I could sit, place my order, and wait for my food. I heard her say in the back that I yelled at her for water. I asked quickly because she was in such a hurry to avoid the front. There’s no drink station at this location, so you have to wait for the poor service to get your drink. I watched her mess up another guy’s tea and he had to wait even longer for her to correct it. At least the manager guy with glasses brought our order tableside and advised the fries were hot out of the fryer. No ketchup though, had to go up and ask for that too. Focus on the customer service and this would be an easy 5-star.

2nd McDonald’s today that has let me order 2 lattes, had me pay for them, have me wait, THEN tell me the machine is down. What on earth. Why is it alright to take money for something that isn’t available. Wild business ethics.
Edit: went again but placed a mobile order on my wife’s phone and I went to pick up the order. They proceed to tell me that the phone that placed the order has to be at the location. Looks like they do not want my money.

First and foremost, every table is completely DIRTY…I asked for it to be wiped off kindly, which took entirely too long. When the employee wiped the table, they wiped all the nasty stuff onto the bench and walked away….
Finally got my order, they forgot the nuggets, we received no napkins and NO SAUCES….
I go back up for the nuggest, they say “our times are horrible now”!!….(as a customer that isn’t my problem). I receive FOUR napkins, for a family of six with four children…..then they forget the sauce AGAIN…
To say I had an absolutely horrible experience would be an understatement.
The employees did horrible, and the restaurant manager is setting the employees for failure having them understaffed, which is not the customers fault, I should not have less of an experience or expectation because you can’t staff your restaurant….

This McDonald’s is just garbage. No attention to detail on their orders. I ordered Dbl Qtr pounder with bacon on it and no pickles/onions. Well it seems that they just scraped the onions off and left them in the box with my burger and they only put a couple broken pieces of bacon on it . Also on my order, a large FF…it wasn’t even full…maybe a medium fry in a large container. Also ordered 20pc nugget with 2 buffalo sauces and a hot mustard. They gave me honey mustard. It’s not a slip up bad enough that I won’t eat it, but come, pay these prices now, I’d like to get my food the way I ordered. Lesson learned, I won’t be going back there.

When you pay almost $5 for a large caramel frappe and then barely give ANY caramel…. what happened to putting it in the cup????
Also REALLY concerning that my boyfriends chocolate milkshake had something RED. In the bottom of the cup.

I’ve been staying at the hotel next door. I’ve been there three times already. One time ordered a big breakfast and they gave me no syrup. No silverware and no butter. Next time I ordered a Big Mac and fries and decided to eat it there. Couldn’t find one clean table. Today was the third and last time I would rather walk across the street to Subway. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, large fries and a drink. The lady brought it out, set it on the counter. Didn’t say a word to me. No straw in the bag. No napkins didn’t ask me if I needed any ketchup or anything. And the fries were halfway filled. Not to mention they’re cold and soggy. Never go in there again
